The folks were very nice but it took forever waiting for 2 sliders and 1 fry. The roast beef was thin jerky that I threw away. The chicken slider was fine. This was right when the food should have been just done and hot and fresh. Disappointing.. won’t be back there. There weren’t any other customers, so it wasn’t a rush.

I went to the drive-thru two nights ago and got the most incredible beef cheddar but I went back tonight and it was awful. Service a couple nights ago was great service tonight no I waited about 10 minutes for somebody to ever come and ask me for my money in the Drive-Thru. Either you’re going to go and get great food and great service or you’re going to go and get off of food with awful service so it’s kind of like flipping a quarter every time you go

Haven’t been happy with the service at this location the last couple times. My last visit they had signs that said the lobby was open but it was locked up. I went through the drive through and they were out of some things. I made changes to the order and then they still gave me the wrong items. The fries were cold, all four orders, and the sandwiches barely had any meat on them. It’s a shame bc I love Arbys and this is the closest one to my home.
Update: family chose them for dinner and we received 4 orders of overcooked fries that tasted like old grease. Yay

Could barely understand the cashier. She could barely annunciate. Milkshake machine was down so I didn’t get one of the items I wanted. Cashier tried to make me pull forward while no one else was in the Drive-Thru line. When I pushed back she said it was because it is ” timed. “. Come on Arby’s. Is it about being good or looking good on some stupid metric? Food was okay.

The lunch was served quickly and the roast beef sandwich was fresh. However I asked for crispy fries three different times and was acknowledge then the lady promptly went to get the order of fries that was already prepared and brought them to my tray. No big deal in the big picture, but not cool to have a simple request ignored when there were no other customers waiting.
