There were five cars in the drive through and after taking my money they pulled all cars to the side because the food was not ready. We all waited patiently because we had paid but felt we should have been given the option to wait or move on by the employees by them saying upfront there is a problem and a delay.

I went through the drive thru at nearly their closing time, which I’m sure the last thing they wanted to do was have to fix more food as they were probably ready to go home, yet as I finished my order and made it to the drive thru window, I was greated with enthusiasm and a smile. I had to wait a few minutes for my order which I did not mind. My food was as ordered and hot! Great food and service! Thank you Arby’s Team!
