Great experience with an early lunch. I got the Reuben combo, my fiance’ got the ham and swiss combo. The only complaint was that the Dr Pepper was out, but that is happening everywhere it seems. We were greeted by friendly, smiling staff and the food was absolutely amazing! My Reuben was top notch, his sandwich was great and the curly fries were perfect! Thanks for a great lunch today!!!

For fast food, this is one of the best. As friendly as chick fila. I love the roast beef. I usually get a French dip because I like the bread better. And the jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce. The price is great for the amount of food you are getting. Friendly, clean atmosphere. Great service.

Arby’s is one of my favorite places to eat, and I have visited their stores in six different states, but this one should not be allowed to use the Arby’s name. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries in the drive through at 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon, and the order was ready by the time I got to the window a few seconds later. The fries were old and stale, and the beef had obviously been sliced earlier. Who knows how long it sat out at room temperature before being served to customers.
It didn’t taste quite right, and I should have thrown it away, but I was hungry and in a hurry, so I ate it anyway. I have never gotten sick from Arby’s food before, but this experience will ensure I never eat there again. This particular Arby’s clearly doesn’t care about food safety, so if you don’t want food poisoning, I would absolutely avoid it. There are plenty of other restaurants in Prattville that won’t make you sick.

Couldn’t take our order through the drive through when we asked what specials they had. Totally incompetent had to ask twice once we got to the drive through window what we had ordered. Then didn’t get the order correct. We ordered two #1 sandwiches and only got one. Had to go back to get what we paid for.

This location has some very disrespectful employees and management. The manager was very rude and nasty with me for wanting a refund on my order, another employee was video recording me without my consent (legal actions will be taken). You look at the photos and you tell me if you’d pay $16 for this meal. The large fries were not half full, the burger had maybe 2 slices of meat. Not to mention I didn’t even get a large drink with a LARGE MEAL! The manager was ugly and said “everything is made by weight” You can’t tell me this is the proper weight on a $13 burger! The burger alone costs $13. Arby’s will definitely be getting a suit filed against them for the conduct of the manager and employee recording me without my consent! There are cameras inside the restaurant for instances like this. That employee has no purpose or business recording me without consent. I asked the manager for her name and the employees name, and she tried to play the victim! The Manager told me to leave and never come back or she would have me arrested. I’LL NEVER GO BACK! No worries. It was absolutely disgusting,uncomfortable and unprofessional the way I was treated as a costumer.

I will never ever stop by this Arby’s location again . The workers who take the order at the speaker box are rude. I literally placed my order and before I pulled off to go to the window I heard the other worker who took my order talk about how I talk to her coworker. Unprofessional and when I got to the window I told them I no longer want the food. Because why would I spend my hard earn money at an establishment that treats their customers poorly.
