No chicken for the next 5 days she said. If then Got deluxe fish(2), Pulled up to wait and no one else behind me. Got fish. Buns were refrigerator cold, no salt or pepper on fish or in bag. No receipt, no napkins. The fish was so strong you gagged to try eating. Not going back.

All of the food was cold! We waited a while on the food so hoped everything would be hot and fresh. We had an order of large curly fries, a Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich, and a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. The chicken and buns were cold, cheese wasn’t melted, and bacon was hard as a rock. We did not return the food because we were traveling and had already left. Be sure to check your food!

I ordered the new waygu bacon deluxe burger and did not get my bacon but was already on the road and did not go back. Was very slow and they were out of curly fries. Although the Krinkle fries were a good replacement. The burger however, was not worth the extra money. It was dry and was kinda of small for $12. Next time I will stick with the roast beef!

Horrible! Supposed to be an Orange Cream shake! What a ripoff! and ensure your staff has their hair pulled back the young lady at the window had hair flying all in and around my food. Will be so glad when corporate cracks down on this location! Terrible management! Not to mention always out of items other day orange shakes today fries and I paid for the Ribeye sandwiches and received regular roast beef sandwiches

Go to drive-thru one day and ask for a burger, they don’t have anyyy burgers. Should be called Arby’s We Don’t Have the Meats. Most times I’ve went it takes someone 5 mins to come on the intercom. Horrible service and bad attitudes and my pet peeve is when they dont fill the cup to the fill line. Especially when I forget to ask for no ice because then I have even less drink because I take out the ice. But omg when they give u majority ice like omg why, I’m basically paying for ice. However today was different I have a coupon for a large strawberry lemonade and I ask for no ice. The lady at the intercom says drinks HAVE to come with ice. Since when and what other places are like that, please tell me, because I don’t see the problem in no ice. Less work for u and I don’t have to stick my hand in my drink and dig out ice.
My pointer finger is where they filled the drink to and that’s after ice taken out. I took one small sip, I mean a small sip because I thought about how I want to write a review. ~So, yea Arby’s, yall suck, a person HASSS to get ice in their cup, it’s bs. Be so for real, u just don’t wanna give people what they fully pay for. And it’s really too expensive honestly when u can get a large at Wendy’s and it’s double the size.
