Apparently they got mad at me for ordering something at the drive through that they didn’t already have any of, ready to go ( 2 honey mustard chicken wraps). It took about 15 minutes to get them ready and out the windo w ( about average time to cook the chicken) . But to be difficult and cause me a hard time, someone cut all the way through both of them from corner to opposite corner, almost guaranteeing I couldn’t eat them with one hand while driving. I did call them to complain and I did use a cuss word while talking. The woman on the phone apparently was only listening to see if she could figure out how to play the victim said ” Don’t cuss me. I didn’t. I said someone cut the damned wraps from corner to corner. Anyway… She wins, I won’t waste any more of her precious time or mine, by going back there.

This particular Arby’s is terrible, it’s never fresh and always tastes like it’s been sitting for awhile, ate it about a month ago and the roast beef and cheddar was like ground up meat, was thin and nasty, thought I’d give it another try tonight and ordered something different, still tasted off, will not be going to this location in the future, for the price you pay you expect the food to be at least decent.

10 minutes in the drive thru without having my order taken is a great way to lose customers. Very terrible service. Very unprofessional.

I placed my order through the app on Sunday, 01 December 2024 at 11:52 am. I arrived at the Albertville Arby’s at 12:00 pm. At 12:20 I asked about my order and was told they were working on it. At 12:35 pm, I asked again about my order as I was watching them keep pushing it to the side. The young lady handed me a bag and asked me to make sure it was right. I told her it wasn’t and that the food in it was cold and I wanted it remade. When she told the Manager, the manager got mad. I finally got my order at 12:46 pm.
If an online order gets placed, it should be made right away and be ready for the customer. There was no excuse for this to have happened.
Franchise or not, Corporate needs to look into this. The General Manager, Asst. Managers, and Shift Supervisors (if any) need to do better.
And the employees also need to not just be standing around looking confused. The orders appear on the screen in order, so fulfill them in that order.
They apparently were messing up drive through orders as well.

This is the first time I’ve been to Arby’s in quite awhile. Sad to say I was a bit disappointed. We got a double Beef n Cheddar meal and a double Roast Beef meal. The meat was watery, a bit salty and chopped up into small pieces. It wasn’t the sliced roast beef like we’ve ce to know and love.
I suggest you back to the sliced roast beef and get rid of the watery, salty, chopped up roast beef.

This is Davey L. Rich, The Burger Guy from Best Burgers in America Association, always looking for a great burger. I saw that Arby’s is trying to compete in the burger world, so I stopped by and bought the Cheesy Bacon Burger. It was good, but it doesn’t have the WOW factor I searched for. The meat is a little dry, and it’s a pre-formed patty instead of a fresh hand-patted burger. On a scale 1-10, I would give it a 7 score. My suggestion is to stay with what got Arby’s where they are today: Roast Beef.

Always liked Arby’s as it offers something besides the standard burger and fries. Working 12 hr shifts, I came to know some of the old crew when it was locally owned. I was greeted on entering, asked for my order and received it CORRECTLY, which is rare nowadays, and quick. The only draw back is what we’ve come to expect. Some tables had not been wiped off and the floor could have been swept of loose fries and paper pieces.

My family enjoys Arby’s. This location is always good. The service is great. Employees are kind and professional. They handle orders quickly and well. I can’t think of one time that they have gotten my order wrong. They have sales twice a day where a nice selection of menu items is marked down to $1 or $2. Drive through is fast. Inside is clean. Food is delicious!
