Just wanted a beef and cheddar man… my sandwich looks like it just got back from a 15 hour shift and has work the next morning again. Literally grabbed it out the bag like this I hope they didn’t play soccer with it in the kitchen. Still good though

i doordashed me food but arby’s put the wrong order in my bag. i ordered a classic french dip and swiss ( got the dip sauce for it ) but instead of the sandwich i got a crispy chicken wrap also, ordered a smokehouse brisket also but instead got a kings hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. two different orders as well. and when i went to call them to tell them the lady said i had to go through doordash even though it is the workers fault for not paying attention and not taking ownership of their faults. i usually love coming to this arbys but made me very upset.

This is absurd, I work at an establishment down the road , and I used to love going here every night. One of the few places open late. I was a regular and got a buffalo chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Tell me why 2 out of 5 days, nearly the same days every week, mu sandwich was messed up. Normally I just call and they fix it the next day, But I live 26 minutes away. I suppose I should be checking my order, But in reality I think the expectation that my very simple regular order should be this hard for anyone of employment status to follow. This is the first review i’ve ever written, I’ve never been this baffled by the innabyility to follow simple instructions. You think the fifth time of having to remake my sandwich the next day they would get the hint. It’s late, I’m hungry, I’m mad and yall need a new cook on Mondays and Fridays.

The Prime Rib Cheesesteak is delicious, as are the Curly Fries. This Arby’s has Coke Zero; all places should have Coke Zero. For my visit today, clean store, well -stocked service items, and friendly staff. Large dining area with diverse table arrangements.

Got a to go order tonight. Got home with my half pound roast beef sandwich and it was so greasy that the bottom of the bag was soggy. The box the sandwich was in had broken apart because of the grease. The beef itself was so thick that it was very tough and rubbery. My dog didn’t even eat it. I’ve gotten food from here before and was very happy, but tonight the sandwich I got was disgusting. Then, I tried to call to speak to someone. The phone rang 15 times and there was no answer. I think maybe someone needs to take a look at the night shift. Oh yeah and the potato cakes were cold and undercooked and the cherry turnover was stuffed into a fry box for some reason! The whole meal was just sloppily thrown together and inedible.

This restaurant is always very clean. Very friendly staff that always goes and beyond to make your meal enjoyable. And for the vegetarian in the family, Another they serve side salads as well as regular salads.
