Rude at the window.
Waited 15 minutes for a roast beef slider and 2 chicken wraps.
(NO one was in the drive thru it was 100% just us.)
Everything was room temperature.

I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.
The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

So slow I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food. I finally got tired of waiting and went in then i waited another 15min. There is no since of urgency. The lady that was there was very nice and apologized.

Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich on Doordash. There were 2 slices of meat, no onion, and it wasn’t toasted. I’m just confused how it was even served. It seems like some random person off the street with no training made it. I will never order Arby’s again because of this one experience.

Lady at the speaker was rude after everything we ordered. She sounded just insanely annoyed at the fact that anyone came through the drive thru. It’s no wonder the parking lot was empty. This was the worst service I have had anywhere in a long time. Honestly I’ll just skip it next time and starve.
