I stopped while passing through for lunch. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich combo and it was good. The sandwich could have been a little hotter, but is was like warm. The fries were hot and fresh.
The lady at the cash register was very polite and mademe feel welcome.
The restaurant itself was very clean and presentable.
It was a pleasant experience and I would come.

Ordered the new steak nuggets bowl and could not believe my eyes when I opened the bag! Arbys uses black plastic forks, the nuggets were LITERALLY darker than the fork… in fact, the fork could not penetrate the nuggets. Will post photo.

10 minutes to get my order taken. 15 to 20 minutes for the food! Person that served me was nice and professional. Two people came in the door complaining about there food order being wrong. Not a good sign.

The employees were professional and courteous and the dine in area was clean however I placed a to-go order and I got the wrong sandwich.. I ordered the Reuben and I received a Turkey Bacon sandwich which I didn’t find out until I got home.. I called them and they did give me a sandwich credit for later but it was very disappointing.. that’s why I only gave it an average rating..

This is a great Arby’s location. Staff (especially a very polite young employee named Andrea) is very friendly and customer service oriented. They are quick to respond and seem genuinely concerned with ensuring customers are well taken care of.

For my visit they were out of several items, service was slow at best. Saw 4 drive through customers come inside with wrong or left off items. At one point the line for inside dining was all but out the door most left due to the wait. My food was good and freshly cooked.

Went in to eat and expected it to be good and clean and nice. No one was in parking lot when we come in. The inside was nasty, food on floor, all tables nasty. And the floor was horribly sticky no matter where you walked. Had to ask to have a table cleaned before we could even sit down to eat. Where the napkins, lids, and straws are kept are all nasty and dusty and just not cleaned routinely! Very disappointed. Took pictures just to show how bad it was
