Went the other day 2/22/26 at 430 pm and placed a mobile order for pickup. I’ve worked food service most of my life, so I didn’t mind waiting for it. Pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly employee who seemed to be mostly working alone. I was told to pull up into the empty space and my food will be brought out to me. Waited maybe 5 minutes, which was fine! We ordered two of the $7.99 meat +3 boxes and we were pleasantly surprised! The young woman working brought our food out and she was just so kind and funny. She made a little joke about the sun and had us laughing and was genuinely friendly! Wish I caught her name! The meals were definitely plentiful for $7.99. Big chicken sandwich, good curly fries, awesome mozzarella sticks, and dangggg that peach cobbler roll is bangin. I know positive reviews don’t get left often, but keep up the good work!

First time in this Arby’s and the food was good. I tried the orange creamsicle shake for the first time, and it was really good. I also tried the mozzarella sticks and nuggets bites & they were both better then Burger Kings! The lobby needed to be picked up just a little but the employees took care of that quickly and the restaurant was clean. The employees were nice and I plan on going back!

I went by tonight and 10/27/25 I ordered a honey mustard chicken strip and ranch chicken wrap and a small fry. I get home to have 1 wrap and I called back and the female who answered said oh yeah that’s my fault and proceeded to hang up. So I will never go back if that’s the classless employees they hire.

Not a good Arby’s. Not very clean and sometimes the food is old. Some of the employees look at you like you’re not supposed to be there, and half the time they get your order wrong.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The bag was soaked in something. The food was just slop, roast beef tasted like the cardboard box it was put in. They literally poured a watery drink in to my cup from another that was sitting and topped it off. The cashier acted remedial or high as a kite when taking order. Overall worst place I’ve seen in awhile. So we threw the food away and ordered something. The district manager should be fired and everyone in that store on 11/7/23 because that food and service was completely unacceptable.

I ordered a meal, that came with sauce and I went home shortly after to find out there was no sauce, I figured they had forgotten so I drive back, just to find out they’re out of said sauce, and was not informed of this initially

We can not give any stars at all, the service was horrible, we asked for light ice (because it hurts our teeth) was not told they couldn’t give us light ice when we ordered, we recieved a glass so full of ice the straw almost could not fit in the lid, or bun was really old, my husband threw his sandwich away, it was horrible, they did not give is napkins, i had to ask for them, and they gave us no sauce for our sandwiches! This is the worst service we have ever had from Arby’s. We will NEVER eat here again! Sorry you can not treat your customers better than this!

The service was awesome! The lady that took care of us was super sweet and actually stopped at other tables to make sure everyone was happy with their order! The food was fresh and delicious. One of my favorite places to eat!

So we went in tonight and sadly the service was not like our usual experience. The young lady at the register seemed to be on the phone with her back turned. We were deciding what to order and she finally turned around. We placed our orders, got our cups for drinks and there was no ice. So she got us some ice….but there were hardly any lids, no straws, and no napkins. The young man who came to fill the ice machine asked who was supposed to be tending to this and not sure what was said. We did get napkins and straws with our order but I have not had this happen at this location. I will go back and hopefully this will have been a one time thing. On the plus side our order was correct and the food was good and fresh. I know you can do better Arby’s!!
