i waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru and i got soggy, greasy nasty cheese sticks and my burger (i put the mustard on it when i got home) was raw and pink in the middle, i’ve never heard of fast food service rare burgers it’s disgusting. i’ll never go back.

Going through the drive through like I usually do, this time I was using a coupon that included 2 turnovers. I ordered and they said they were out of the turnovers, but she asked the manager for any substitute options. She came back and said the manager wasn’t going to substitute for anything. I clarified not even for some cheese sticks or extra fries or something she said no but I could wait 20 minutes if I wanted to still have the turnovers. So I got charged the same but didn’t get what was advertised or any alternative options. To be clear the lady at the register was incredibly nice and she did nothing wrong. She did as her manager instructed her to do.

I hardly ever leave reviews unless something is THAT bad….I have never had a worse meal at a fast food restaurant. The food was horrendous quality. Fries were completely hard and cold, apple turnover was completely smashed and not edible. Sandwiches with hardly any meat on them. $40 for a family meal and not one thing about the meal was good or positive. Will never be back unfortunately. This location definitely needs remediation and to be watched closer by some owner. And this is not the first time it’s been bad.

Wife and I decided to go to Arby’s for lunch but their drink machine was broken. No drinks, no ice. Okay. Fair enough that happens but then they told me they have completely discontinued the three pepper sauce which was like the only reason for going to Arby’s. Guess I won’t eat Arby’s anymore

Extremely slow, dirty interior, staff ignores you and forgets things like utensils and drinks then it takes forever just to get their attention again. Food was made but it took so long for them to plate it and give it to us that it was cold. About a half hour wait for cold fast food.

I picked up a bag of classic roast beef sandwiches yesterday and when I got home, I noticed they’re serving cheap buns with no sesame seeds. Did the company change the product? Nope…website still shows the sesame seed bun, like always. This location decided to use a cheaper bun and thought no one would notice. When you have an issue, you get directed to their online “we’ll make it right” form. No matter how many times you complete the form, it throws off an error at the end and won’t submit. Now you’ve wasted more of your time. Really impressive, Arby’s.
