I’ve eaten here twice and I wasn’t impressed at all.. I tried the jalapeno poppers last time and they were awful.. very chewy.. this time I tried the fish sandwich and curly fries.. the fish sandwich was slightly fishy and bland otherwise.. the curly fries were fresh and hot but overcooked.. the floors needed sweeping as well.. the employees were pleasant.. big fat no on the fish and poppers..

I ordered 2 orange cream shakes through the drive thru today when I picked up my order the shakes were pale yellow and I asked the young lady where was the orange in the orange cream shakes. She gave a lame excuse that they would be to strong if they put in more orange flavor. You honestly could not even taste the orange flavor and I love those shakes. I should have handed them back and told her I didn’t want them and I will if it happens again at over $11 for 2 medium shakes. Maybe it’s a fluke, I certainly hope so.

I’d add a photo but I demolished it before I even thought about it. The guy in the drive through over nights was so nice and made a killer wrap I could only eat half during lunch, but I thought about the second half through the last 4 hours of my shift. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, I replaced the crinkle cut fries with curly fries. The fries were cold and tasted a bit off. A few minutes after eating, I ended up with food poisoning, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea.I ate there around 6:30 p.m. I don’t know what’s going on at this Arby’s but they’re not using proper food prep and handling protocols.

The order again was absolutely messed up and the district manager was actually in there she was awesome that right there made or everything she was just very very nice on if we would have known that her order was wrong before we left we would have definitely asked to speak to her but by the time we got home and found out she was already gone so anyway and no one has called us back about our order yet so so there you go no call back no nothing yet and we were told we would be contacted I’ve called twice but that’s the same order.
