it’s been about a year since i’ve eaten at this location, food&service didn’t used to be the best here tbh BUT tonight i really enjoyed my meal and the service was good too ! 🙂 i highly recommend the chicken bacon swiss sandwich, it was delicious!

Rarely get fast food. Went through Arby’s drive-thru in Northport AL today and was pleasantly surprised! Speaker was loud and clear. Person taking order and person at window were both friendly. Food was fresh and actually hot. Best of all the reasonable prices! Classic Beef & Cheddar costs $5.59. And they have sliders (chicken, etc.) for $2.19!! Tried the buffalo chicken slider, tasty. 2 thumbs up!

I had dinner with a friend and she wanted to try their new steak bowl. It comes with nuggets of steak, macaroni and cheese, and onion rings all together. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was really good. You could taste the strawberry in it.

This is the 3rd time ive tried this location and every time there’s hardly any meat on the Reuben i always get. As well as the bread was like leather. Absolutely the worst Arby’s ive ever been to. The nightshift staff was very unfriendly. I will not be back to this location unless changes are made.

I love Arby’s and spend a lot of money at the restaurant but this location I had three different incidents with them. The first time I ordered a sandwich with the ranch they gave me a sandwich with honey mustard. The second time I ordered a burger and I asked for it to not have bacon. What do I find? I find bacon a third time I wonder and I promise it’ll be my last time. I went there and all the employees were looking at me like I don’t belong here or something they never pay attention to customers details.

The food was cold and was terrible. Service from the front lady was horrible. She was very rude about my coupons. And actually rolled her eyes at me . Then when we got home this was my large fries. Absolutely ridiculous.

We came at 11:40pm. They didn’t give us any ice with our drinks because they had already broke the ice machines down. Then we had to pull forward and she couldn’t even come outside to deliver the food because she said the door would lock behind her. So we had to get out of our vehicle and get it. Then they gave us no sauce with our order. The fries tasted like they had been there hours. Overall -1 star
