These people are very rude and the food quality is horrible. It’s very sloppy. The managers are no different. They scream at you if you ask them to repeat themselves in drive-thru. They get very sarcastic at the window. And just like other restaurants, McDonald’s and Burger King in Birmingham they are smoking pot because you can smell it out the window. I have even ordered a salad before the last visit and it was a wilted and brown. I asked them to remake it with fresh vegetables. The manager replied “I haven’t even had my meds yet, I don’t have time for this”. I politely replied “you can go take your meds I have time to wait” she proceeded to sling the food at me. I even visited a couple more times. The food is just nasty in this location. I wonder if the cameras are even reviewed at what they do there. I haven’t been back in months to this store and will not go back.

1/16/26 12:46 AM . I waited at the speaker for over 5 mins and finally drove to the drive thru window, employee walked away and hid in the back. I placed my order online and requested to cancel after seeing this type of behavior I was afraid to even ask for my food. No professional or human decency in this economy you should greet every customer with kindness.

The woman at the counter was friendly and did a good job but I Paid for a double beef and cheddar sandwich, got a classic Arby’s sandwich with hardly any meat, I came here to have a satisfying meal, ended up being a unsatisfying disappointment.

Just nasty the microwaved the apple pies and just filled the entire sandwiches with sauce to the point they would not even stay together and was just a soggy mess. Fries were cold and nasty tasting like the grease had not been changed in months. Have some pride in your work or go home stop wasting people’s hard earned money on food we have to throw out because it’s too nasty to eat. Even the lemonade had a bad taste to it..

My cashier was a manager I think, seemed friendly took my order and had my food in roughly 7 minutes. The service was good.The Cashier double checked that I had my ranch.My food on the other hand was slightly below decent, nothing crazy chicken tenders was stiff my fries was lacking. The amount of food you get is below my stands. Tried to connect to WIFI didn’t have a strong connection and gave up. 5/10 if the service wasn’t good I would of gave a review of a 1 star. Plus paid 13 I know it’s a franchise pricing but still above the other restaurants.

If you want a fish snack this is it! Small pcs of fish..potato cakes soaked in grease..and were put in strofoam tray evidently straight out grease to tray and melted/stuck to tray no napkin or paper underneath.. picture #4. On pic #3 look at potato cakes fried with fish they’re covered with meal. I have bought them before but no meal on them at another time..the tartar sauce …tangy! Not like tartar sauce to us .we bought 2 dinners 3 pc and a 4 pc .drink watered down.. peach lemonade tasted like watered peach tea to me..my husband wanted to take me somewhere else but nooo I wanted to try Arby’s new fish…should have went with his suggestions..very disappointed in Arby’s..we went to the one in forestdale and they had NO FRIES NO CURLY FRIES..SOUTHSIDE ARBY’S WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER DRIVING SO FAR WITH THE COST OF GAS HIGH TO WASTE OUR MONEY.

Drive through service needs a lot of work on customer service. Tia took my order. She didn’t let me finish my order before telling me to drive around. She didn’t listen and gave me a regular drink instead of large. Small fry instead of large. She fixed it, with attitude. When I told her what I ordered to make sure my order was correct, she cut me off. I asked about sauces she cut me off before I could finish my sentence and snapped that everything was in the bag. VERY rude and brash. Fire her and get someone with less attitude and better customer service.

My cashier was extremely pleasant. My order was completed quickly. I don’t recommend getting mozzarella sticks if you aren’t dining in because mine were cold by the time I arrived at my destination. They weren’t bad just not hot definitely not the fault of Arby’s. The shake and fries were delicious as always.

I love Arby’s but can’t stand when they don’t have condiments dispensers and have single packs instead ! The food was great service was good and I understand they are short staffed but the tables were not wiped off.
