I do understand that everyone is paying higher prices for everything this day and time. So when I pay more for a meal I expect to get the same meal. The sandwiches are getting smaller and the fry containers are getting smaller. And today I got a sandwich that had very little meat on it. My list of places to eat is getting smaller just like the meals I get for almost twice the price from a year ago. SMH.

I was confused why I was asked to pull forward immediately after paying but soon found out it was because I had a 10minute wait followed by an additional 5 minutes for ketchup to follow up. Wife said her burger was good, but likely won’t be returning.

Lady on the speaker and at the drive thru window was extremely nice however I did get cheated out of the fry in combo meal. They currently have a fish meal called Hush puppie fried fish. It was delicious but did not have any tarter sauce .

The place was pretty little got my order right with no troubles. Also, their machine works for milkshakes so it beats McDonald which seems to intentionally get your order wrong every time 🙂

I haven’t eaten Arby’s in years but was craving fish & I remembered they had pretty good sandwiches. I ordered a fish & fry and both were not fresh and sandwich had too much lettuce. I think I’ll stick with making my own. Otoh, customer service was pretty good.

Food and drinks were freshly prepared. However, the lemonade with the different fruit choices should probably have a particular measurement. They were so sweet that we had to pour them into large cups and add water just so they would be palatable.

On May 26, I walked in for lunch. The only other customer told me he had been waiting 20 minutes for his order and that the store was out of ROAST BEEF! That’s all I needed to hear, I left. How can Arby’s run out of roast beef!?

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced… the cook was being loud and listening to loud music instead of making food. Both drive thru and inside was back up with a wait… multiple people complaining around me
