I usually dont post negative reviews unless i have had more than one issue at a place. Ive had MULTIPLE issues here. This time I’ve gotten subpar food. The sandwich bread was soaking wet on top. Open it up and it has a smell that is not roast beef. The meat was disgusting and mushy. What’s worse, the lady handed me my bag, confirming it was the double and the guy in the back said no, this double. They swapped out my sandwich before giving it to me. I did not eat it and now, I don’t even trust the drink. To serve food that is this nasty is just wrong. Don’t waste your money going here. Absolutely disgusting smell and look and feel to it.

Drive thru girl was sooo rude and impatient. I ordered a roast beef gyro only and the bread was so hard and tough, you couldn’t even tear the bread in half. I asked for no onions but they doubled up on tomatoes and it only comes with two. They never answers the phone, I literally stood in the lobby and watched everyone ignore the phone and it wasn’t even busy at the time. PURE PATHETIC!!

It’s another fast food chain at the end of the day with fast food style burgers and wraps. One menu item that they provide that the other fast food places don’t is their classic gyro. Their curly fries are really good too. I would have appreciated a little better behavior from the staff but they looked disinterested most of the times because they were closing(understandable).

Got my order correct with modifications. Polite in drive thru window and gave a pleasant experience.
5 stars for being one of the best Arby’s experiences multiple times.

Edit, removal of stars for wasting my time and messing up the order. Then not answering the phone to make it right.

Ordered 3 things, fried turkey special, no sauce, with large curly fry
1 turkey gyro, no sauce
Confirmed with drive thru guy no sauce. He then offered me sauce and made the joke that I didn’t want any because I left it all off already. I get to work and my sandwich was covered in sauce. I can’t leave work to go back. Wasted 10 solid minutes calling the store and got no answer.
Dropped from a 5 star to a 2 star . Only reason you kept the second star is the nice guy who was working the drive thru.

I went inside to place my order which was for my whole family. The lady at the counter was very friendly and the manager watched over the process to make sure I got everything I ordered. I do appreciate the friendly service and the food was delicious too – and a bargain. Going back this week to Arby’s when the grands come over for dinner.

Me and my boyfriend are going on a trip and already low on money and we just wasted $13 on his sandwich, he ordered a beef n cheddar, it’s supposed to just be the meat and cheese but it was SMOTHERED in this unknown sauce? He couldn’t even eat two bites of it. It’s not what he ordered, they also forgot his drink and almost forgot my sandwich. The service was okay they were very friendly I don’t want to hate on them but I’m very disappointed in the waste of money.

Only leaving a positive review specifically for the general manager Janice Kelly!!!!! She is very kind, courteous and professional with serving customers and resolving any issues. She definitely deserves a raise and promotion for her hard work and professionalism!!!

On the other hand, the drive thru worker named, Samiya, needs to be terminated and/or disciplined for her rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. On Monday, June 9, 2025 at 12:30 pm I asked Samiya for a receipt twice with no response from her and I asked her a third time which caused her to yell and scream at me through the drive thru window saying, “I Heard You” which the general manager witnessed her doing.

Samiya walked off and the general manager came to the window and informed me she needed to get some more paper to print the receipt. After I made my complaint the general manager, Janice Kelly, apologized and gave me a refund and stated Samiya will be written up for her poor behavior.

We visited this location on 5/20/2025 around 3:30 PM. While in the drive-thru with my family, we experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the young woman taking orders over the intercom. She rushed us while we were trying to look over the menu, and when we asked for a moment, she left her headset on—we could clearly hear her making disrespectful comments, using foul language, and expressing frustration that we were “taking too long.”

My husband let her know that we could hear everything she said. At that point, I told him to pull off because I refuse to patronize a business that treats its customers with such disregard. Completely unacceptable experience.
