Staff were most pleasant. Food was sub par and cost a bit too much.

ZERO STARS!
DO NOT EAT HERE! I went to grab something for lunch and received a raw chicken patty in the middle! I will never eat here again! Also tried to call several times and received no answer. I couldn’t turn around and go back because I was on lunch which is a time limit. A waste of time and money! Yes, I have the order ticket number, date and time I went but will like to keep the name as of the server anonymous. Whoever the cook at this restaurant does not properly do their job!

I was craving a Rueben for lunch but didn’t want to pay an outrageous deli price, so I stopped here. Hands down the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in a while and same quality you’d find at a local deli. Awesome portion size too.

Whoever the girl doing drive through at 10:30AM was, totally rude and arrogant. Fresh food was good though.

We visited the drive through on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. The Gentleman at the window knew his job and did it very well. You really couldn’t have asked for a better employee. He knew everything to say before asking ,provided exceptional service and with a kind smile. I’ll have to say the chicken fingers are not like they used to be. They seemed heavily breaded and or old like they’d been reheated again. You know when the white meat inside starts to shrink and is a dried up meat inside breading . The roast beef sandwich seemed to be on par, no complaints from my mother. No wait at the drive through and convenient.

I was the only person in line, but had to drive around and wait 15 minuets to receive food. Once I received my food, the fries were old or did not smell like they were cooked in fresh oil. I do not recommend.

Wife and I went through the drive thru for lunch and went up to Vulcan, upon opening the bag, we noticed our fries were missing. We drove back and I went inside to request them, showing my receipt. A lady behind the counter questioned why I was asking for the fries then because the order was 15 min earlier. I told her we drove up to Vulcan, realized they weren’t there, and drove back. She rolled her eyes at me and didnt apologize or make eye contact while another employee handed me the missing fries. The exchange was completely unnecessary, especially when it was the store’s fault. I understand mistakes happen and food service is difficult, but that was absolutely uncalled for.

This was such a nice place to eat before they remodeled a few weeks ago. It used to be so cozy, but now it feels like a prison cell. The staff are very friendly and do their job well, but the insipid and mundane modern corporate aesthetic ruins the experience. I don’t plan on eating here again, the convenient location doesn’t justify such a depressing way to spend my lunch break.

This store use to be one of the better stores until I encountered the manager. There is always something missing from my order. Stopped by this store after work. I oredered three meals, the Turkey Bacon Ranch, Roast Beef Gyro and Fish sandwhich. The cashier told me to pull around. A worker walked out and handed me the food while walking to her personal car. When I got home I was missing the Gryo, the meals were cold and so were the fries. I asked myself, if everything was cold why was I asked to pull around? I called back several times with no answer. I went back to the store and asked for the manager. A woman approach me rolling her eyes from behind the counter. She did not acknowlege who she was. I asked her, Are you the manger? Um huh was her reply. I told her I had been calling and no one was answering ,she said, OK!. I told her the issues with the meals. She asked, where was the food and I replied, the grabage. She is a black female who needs to be reprimaded for this type of behavior. The name on the tag was Hope Walton. She remade the sandwhiches with an attitude and did not put the sauces on any of the sandwhiches nor did she remake the fries, I had to ask for somemore. People like her give stores a bad stigma and make people not want to visit or spend their money.

This stores rude manager is changing the culture. Her name tag read Hope Walton. She has an attitude problem and she rolls her eyes when corrected. They do not answer the phones when a customer calls back. I had to drive back to the store for my order to be corrected.
