The Ruben and White Cheddar Mac was good, but I was really interested in the new steak bites. Those were worse than disappointing. They looked like they were left in the oven for a few days and were inedible. Very disappointing.

Ordered through the app, and when we arrived they were out of almost everything, no Coke, no Dr Pepper, no chicken sandwiches, no Reuben, etc. The app should reflect what’s actually unavailable so customers don’t waste time driving there.
On top of that, it was extremely difficult to get a refund. The store told us to handle it through the app, but the app directed us back to the store. That kind of back-and-forth is frustrating and unnecessary. No one answers the phone, and the staff is unhelpful.
I rarely go to Arby’s, and now I know why. Do better.

I did an online order only to drive up to the store and be told they don’t have roast beef. I asked about a refund she told me to do it in app (rudely) but didn’t know how. I finally figured out how but now all I get is a message saying the URL can’t be found. It must be nice to just keep people’s money. Irregardless of the final outcome I will not ever go back to this business. I have worked in customer service since I was a teenager and what seems to be lost on these extremely rude people are without those annoying customers bothering you on your job, you don’t have a job.

Classic roast beef was fresh and hot. The potato cakes were cooked perfectly too. The cashier was very nice and added the Arbys sauce requested.

Food is hit and miss. Girl that took our order was nice. BUT the Restaurant is very dirty: all the sitting areas were dirty , condiment counter filthy, flies flying around, no ice , we were sticking to the floor , every surface was yucky and as far as I could see in the back was dirty from floor to ceiling

The food is hit or miss, but usually fresh. I recently ordered the Rueben, and the bread was too hard to bite. Sometimes the fries are too salty to eat.
Yes, the manager is always in a foul mood and he absolutely hates customers. He’s not even careful badmouthing customers when the drive-thru window is opening and closing- I’ve heard him several times. I try to have empathy for how miserable he seems. The rest of the staff is usually super nice.

I ordered the fish sandwich with curly fries. I asked for extra tartar sauce on my sandwich. Got home, opened the bun, and there was barely any tartar sauce on it. To make it even more disgusting, the fries tasted as if the grease hadn’t been changed in quite a while. Just nasty.

Ordered a large tea from Talladega location tonight and couldn’t figure out why my straw was stopped up. Took the lid off my drink and found a plastic bag inside of it!! Not sure what could have been inside the bag but needless to say I lost my appetite!! Yuck!!
