We frequent this location, maybe twice monthly. Tonight’s experience was underwhelming to say the least. The man working the drive thru, presumably the manager, with long hair, had no hair net.
My italian sub, which is a favorite from many moons ago, wasn’t as good as usual. My husband had the new “steak bite” sandwich, he said he wouldn’t order it again. Thankfully, I did check for sauces before leaving, I chose them, when I ordered online, but there was no sauce in the bag. When I got home to warm the now cold food, I realized we were most definitely taken for on our fry portions!! I totally would’ve waited for them to cook enough to fill the order.
I’m very disappointed Arby’s. For $40, Do better!!

Don’t go to the one in Moody, the General Manager in a rude jerk!!!!!!! He came to the drive through window,I had the whole sandwich gave it to him,told him it was the wrong sandwich from the day before and just wanted what was ordered. Told me no receipt, no way I would get another one the same way. Wouldn’t talk with me, closed the on me and had a very rude tone. I now drive to Chelsea if I want Arby’s. They are awesome. No complaints for them. Would like to hear from you Arby’s. Especially about your jerk GM in Moody.

Was just passing through on our way to the next state and was really impressed with this Arby’s. Food was good and the restaurant was very clean along with the bathrooms. Keep it up because it’s hard to find a good clean Arby’s now. (This was yesterday on a Sunday 7/6/25)

Horrible. Every time I order from this place from Grubhub the fries are hard as hell because they don’t care enough to make fresh ones. They always leave something out, whether it’s a cup of cheddar I ordered or marinara sauce for cheese sticks. They just don’t care. For the money I’ve soent there I would expect a lot more.

Seriously disappointed.
Wish I could tell you what this place was like. Sign on the door says dining room open till 10pm, yet at 9:30 doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. Drive through was still open, but my RV is too big to fit.

After an unpleasant Homewood experience, this location renewed my loyalty to the brand. Everyone was friendly and my food was put out fast. The roast beef gyro was just perfection.
I will certainly use this location again.

I came to this Arby’s after I waited 20 minutes just to get 2 regular roast beef sandwiches at the roebuck store. I had to leave so I asked for my money back since it was just another gentleman in the line in front of me at Roebuck. At THIS STORE, I ordered, paid, was served & ate the same items in under a half hour. Moody is where to go & usually I don’t have problems at Arby’s. Just avoid Roebuck. They don’t care about service at all. Moody Arby’s was great!!!

DON’T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! Went by there to get my family lunch, both of my kids’ meals had jalapeno poppers added in with the chicken nuggets. When I went back in to inform the manager, she laughed in my face like it was a joke. I found it unprofessional and immature, as I was giving those kids meals to a one year old and a three year old, and a jalapeno popper isn’t meant for kids their age. Horrible service, horrible food. Don’t go here.
