This location closed at 8pm on a saturday night due to no closing staff showing up other than a shift manager COMPLETELY ALONE on a Saturday night. No GM or District Manager had been contacted so they were still taking online orders. Arbys app will not let you cancel ASAP orders and the shift manager informed us she could not cancel our order either or make it since their equipment is all off. This is a great way to steal people’s money without them having a way to get a refund.
The Cherokee location helped us out tremendously with making this right and were VERY professional about it.
Whoever is the DM of the 157 location needs to check in on this store badly.

This Arby’s was a pleasant surprise. Super clean, large restroom, friendly crew preparing our meal. Everything was fresh and warm. Recommend this location!

Arby’s needs to stick with roast beef. Only thing they can do. Who ever is new product tester needs fired. Got my first and last hamburger there just now. The meat taste like it was precooked and kept warm in hot water. Not sure what that watery mayonnaise stuff is. It was oozing out. The green slice of core tomato was pretty rough. If someone cannot make a hamburger fit to eat they need another line of business. I’m speaking for the top down. Not the people who hate their job at the restaurant. The hamburger picture on the ads is not what you will get. It’s propaganda just like in Russia.

I’ve never been here before today but the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They were not very busy and made it a point to smile and chit chat. The food was excellent and as advertised 🙂

I’ve eaten here in the past many times with no problems. But today was an exception!!!!! So I go thru the drive-thru and I ordered a #10 which is a Reuben sandwich a fry and a drink. I upgraded it to a large. I drive the 25 minutes to my home all the while anticipating this Reuben sandwich that I’ve been wanting for quite some time. I sat down and opened it up to see this. Definitely not a Reuben sandwich. I’m so very disappointed. $10.02 for this!!! I guess if you go there you better pull over once you get done and check everything before you leave.

I’m very disappointed in the philly cheese steak. Horrible! Meat does not even taste like real meat. Looks nothing like it’s picture. Was not hot, and the small fake meat pieces help to make this a very messy sandwich!

We ordered $50 worth of food and the person we sent to pick it up didn’t know what I ordered and only got a little bit of the order and when I called to me the girl on on the phone called me a liar said she gave he the food herself and when asked to describe the guy she gave food too she hung up on me and would not answer again the took my money I want my food and I’d like a apology from her also no one else just from her
