I rarely eat ‘fast food’, but this was a real treat! My burger was yummy and the fries were perfect and piping hot. Plus, Arby’s has the best iced tea around. All good!

Had an online order, went to pick it up and was informed they couldn’t make the shake. I was then told the only way to take it off the order was the app which I don’t have and wasn’t able to change thr order online. Waited 10 min and got a second drink as a replacement only to then discover when I got home that they gave me the wrong sandwich. This is the second time this has happened.
