My wife and I have been in the food industry for more than a decade now, we understand customer service and how situations and attitudes can be. We made an online order and I arrived around 530, with no cars in the parking lot and one person ahead of me in the drive through. I was told to pull around to the window to pick up my order, was very rudely rushed with drinks and bags once I came to the window. There was no smile or greeting from the young woman, no dialog at all. I went to say thank you and ask for extra sauces when the window was slammed in my face as I watched her turn away. I understand in certain circumstances within being busy or even being distracted, but this was an unacceptable way to act with customers. Do not put people in the window if they cannot interact with customers in a pleasant manner. I should not be leaving an establishment that I gave my money to to feed my family feeling rushed and disrespected. While the food was acceptable and somewhat decent for fast food, we will not be ordering anything from for awhile.

Ordered online went and picked up food in drive thru. They left out the auju sauce for both of my sandwiches. The sauce is apart of the meal. I live 30 minutes away from this location.

Took over an hour for my food to be delivered. It’s less then 3 miles. The food was cold and soggy by the time I got it then for it to look the way it did just totally disappointing. Will not order from Arab Arby’s again.

Italian sub was tasty and different flavors than I have experienced at other sub shops. Of coarse the sub looked nothing like the one in the ad on tv but they never do. Curly fries were hot and my diet Dr. Pepper was better than most other fast food places.

What happened Arby’s? This is terrible. What happened to “we have the meats”?? More like the lack thereof. How long do leave the fries under the heat lamp. These tasted as if all day. Not to mention the break a tooth texture.

I didn’t quite catch the shift managers name that was on duty on March 22 but she was freaking amazing. My food was great. The service was great even though I had a very large order. She was very helpful. She definitely made my birthday. I just wish there was more people like her. She deserves a raise oh and I went at 10 PM so kudos to March 22 crew

UPDATE 2/11/22 Down to two stars. Went again today. I wanted to try the French dip with bacon combo with bacon and au jus. I wanted their crinkle fries and they were barely warn. The au jus was the worst part though because it was so cold the fat had congealed and was floating in it as well as stuck to the sides. Needless to say I wasn’t dipping my sandwich which was actually pretty good though not very hot either. I will say they was a good bit of meat on it. Service was okay today too.
Previous review: The service was 5 stars, the food was okay, but Arby’s you would get no stars or negative stars for the misleading photos of the Texas Brisket on toast!!!!! Like most restaurants, here and other places (KFC, Captain D’s, Hardee’s, etc). Pics look great with lots of whatever, the thing you get served is nothing like and pales in comparison to the photo. That should be illegal! 🙂
