I always hear people saying they wonder who is patronizing Arby’s because their food is awful – well I attempted to give them a chance today by placing a Door Dash order for the new steak bites. I ordered 2 nine piece orders of steak bites, 3 mac and cheeses and a sandwich combo.
The DoorDash driver called me to advise they had no Mac and cheese so they were giving me curly fries instead – and on top of that I only received 1 order of steak bites. My bill was $60.32 for basically a bag filled with curly fries!
Thankfully I got refund from Door Dash, but never and I mean NEVER will I patronize Arby’s again. And I will share my HORRIBLE experience with anyone who will listen for as long as I live.

Foods good, workers are nice, fairly nice dinning area. But the app works only 20% of the time. I like to order ahead because of a short lunch break. And nothing more annoying than filling out an order just to go place it and it just buffers. Of the 10ish times I’ve been there I’ve managed to order twice on the app. Sometimes its so aggravating I go to a different restaurant

Ah Arby’s, they are known for their curly fries which is what I exactly got! There were some new additions to the menu last time I checked. Limited time items have arrived and there is a new Good Burger 2 Meal which includes crinkle fries (whaaa arbys got that now?!) a Wagyu Burger, and a strawberry milkshake. Now I’m by no means a strawberry guy but this milkshake has definitely won me over, good job Arbys

Customer service was great .
Loved the atmosphere of the newly designed interior. Ordered the 2x Gyro and 2x Fish Sandwich meal. Both were delicious and quickly prepared. Store was clean and so were the restrooms (which is a big pet peeve of mine). Wife and I have had good experiences here every time.

Y’all really need to do better, I ordered a meal and side of cheese which you charged me for and this is what y’all gave me? What the hell is this going to do? It was enough for 4 fries…I mean it’s bad enough the regular roast beef sandwich hardly has any meat on it and is mostly bread and the double is entirely too much money but you really need to do your jobs and stop rushing and skimping bc I know for a fact this is not what’s usually in these cups but making someone pay for this is stealing imo.

I picked up Arby’s for lunch today. Upon entering the restaurant, my feet were sticking to the floor. I noticed they had a 99 health rating, so I decided to still get food from there. The lady who took my order was very nice, and I paid in cash.
A few moments later, I saw the same lady place my potato cakes in the fryer with her bare hands. I asked if she had washed her hands, and she hesitated for a second before saying they have a sanitizing station in the back and that she did wash her hands. I do not know whether she actually did or not.
When I received my food, the potato cakes were only halfway cooked because they stuck together in the fryer, leaving the sides that were stuck uncooked.
I will not be returning to this Arby’s.

Wow! Just got the 2 Cheesesteak sandwiches and curly fries in the drive thru. If I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve taken it back. Not much inside the sandwiches and clearly has been sitting for hours. Won’t be back anytime soon. Not worth the $17.00 at all.

They asked for my debit card multiple times while I was in the drive threw couldn’t see what he was doing so got suspicious locked my card next day got a notification somebody tried to buy something with my card. Called them they gave me some bs as to why that happened they taking pictures of your debit card and using it. Sad people do that be careful with your debit cards at fast food places.

Awful !! We have been here several times within the last two months and everytime we go, they arw goofing off and not wanting to take orders or they are hiding in the back and not taking orders.. This location is going to end up closing because they aren’t taking buisness. Tonight was the final straw and we won’t be visiting this location again. They were just hiding in the kitchen and no one would take ordered and we were there at 11:30 pm and it doesn’t close until 1 AM. We went around the building several times in hopes they would pay attention to us pulling up at window and drive thru. They eventually just turned the main sitting areas light off and we left and went else where. I see a future shut down.. it’s not just us complaining. There’s tons of people.
