I was so disappointed. I ordered a Reuben with extra dressing. Of course I didn’t get the extra dressing—but there’s only been one Arby’s location that I have ever actually gotten enough of the sauce. My disappointment was that an entire quarter of my sandwich had no meat! For the price, I feel like I should have gotten an entire sandwich, not just 3/4.
Edited to add: I brought this to the attention of the manager and she was very sweet, and immediately offered to make it right for me. So, do give them a chance. I will be trying them again in the future.

I’ve gone to this Arby’s many times and the service is great but today I had terrible service. I used a coupon that was on the app. Buy 1 sandwich and get 1 free. So I ordered a large curly fries , mozzarella sticks (4) and a buffalo chicken sandwich and french dip that comes with Au Jus sauce. There was no horseradish sauce and not enough meat. The sauce was just thrown in bag with the food. Arby’s always puts sauce in another bag , just in case it spills.
The employee was Tania, she didn’t care about service or my food. She forgot my sandwich and I didn’t notice until I was home. So when I returned , Tania looked at me and said what sandwich??? When I told her buffalo chicken sandwich, she proceeded to give me the one that was made 20 minutes ago. Also the manager Gigi? Was not there how convenient. Hopefully you go out of business. I will not be giving you my money. Your employee who has no manners, should go to etiquette classes or finish school. The other employee who helped me was pleasant Judy? She was telling Tania not to say anything to me because she looked like, she was looking to argue with me.

Food 0 star, service 0 star. The only thing that look good is the menu’s billboard. I bought a burger, the meat was not cooked at all. And I paid cash so I ask for a reimbursement but they told me that they can’t give me the cash back, it would be better to provide a debit card, which I did. The money was supposed to be back on my account within 10 business days. It’s been months now. The service sucks. The staff doesn’t do anything to accommodate the customer.

Every time I come here it’s after work or before work , my food is actually hot! When I order jalapeño bites after work I wait like 5 mins, there always hot and fresh! I don’t mind waiting! The employees are patient and nice and I always get my sauces!! Which is the cherry on my cake, after working a double in a restaurant my self!!

Way too over priced. It wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t skimp on everything. There way barely any meat on my brisket sandwich and the large order of fries was barely half full. To top it off, we asked for sauce. Two meals and all they gave us was one horsy and one bbq. What if we both wanted the same kind of one of each? The girl at the front counter had an attitude the whole time which certainly didn’t help. Also the floors were super sticky to where my shoes had a residue of stickiness even after leaving. We had not been to Arby’s in a few years. This reminded me why. We won’t be back again.

The food was good but pretty pricey for what it is.. I go to pick up my food from the counter when they call my name and I asked politely for Arby’s sauce. Well the employee who barley has any teeth wants to look at me like I’m crazy when I tell her the self serve dispenser by the soda machine was possibly out of Arby’s sauce hence why I’m asking! Do you think anyone went to check after a customer let them know it was possibly out? No . Guess when a few more customers let them know the same thing and get the same look I got like I didn’t know what I was talking about maybe they will check and refill it

Notoriously bad. I’ve lived in PSL for almost 5 years now and everytime I eat here I get food poisoning. The cashier was polite to me but when my friend ordered she was very rude to him. Then we got our food and his sandwich (which was $12 and it) was cold! He didn’t even eat it. The fries tasted stale, the mozzarella sticks seemed like they’d been sitting for awhile. It was only 12:30 in the afternoon. The best thing about our meal was my strawberry milkshake.
