Went thru the drive thru to order. Ordering was easy and came out as ordered. There were no straws in the bag for drinks which sit we didn’t realize before pulling away from the window so we had to park and go in to get them.

order a buffalo chicken sandwich meal the first time it came with just chicken and bun, I returned to the store and got the sandwich again and there was buffalo and ranch drenched all over the sandwich looks almost intentional.

Arby’s in Tarpon Springs has really stepped up their game! The food is always fresh and the chicken tenders actually taste like grilled chicken! The staff and employees are always so pleasant! I highly recommend if you haven’t been to Arby’s lately stop by and try it!

Had to try the new Chicken Diablo Sandwich and diablo fries so we stopped in after leaving Reload Gun Range. The staff was friendly and nice. I wanted to try a few of their sauces but unfortunately most of the sauces were empty. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. It’s a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I’m all for sweet and spicy but almost always its too sweet or not enough sweetness and for me, this was too sweet. It was spicy so I enjoyed that. The chicken piece was wide but very thin, more breading than chicken. The fries were meh, the barbecue relish on top but the rest of the fries underneath were plain. I’m glad I tried the Diablo Deal but I won’t be doing it again. My dad said he liked the Reuben sandwich he got.

Watched an employee drop tongs on the floor, wipe them on her pants, and continue to use them to grab mozzarella sticks without washing them, and when I brought it to their attention they just brushed it off like it wasn’t a problem. Disgusting and I’m sure the board of health would love to hear about this.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches— one for me, one for my daughter. My daughter was eating hers then took a bite and noticed the texture of the chicken was off. I cut both sandwiches down the middle and they were completely RAW in the center. Had to call the Arby’s 1-800 number, they took my information and said they were forwarding it and someone would be reaching out to me within a couple days. That was last Sunday (2/11/24), now it’s Thursday night and still nothing. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer, it just rings and rings. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life, I’m still so upset and absolutely disgusted. This type of negligence could get somebody severely ill!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My roommate and I went inside because we were both ordering. The curly hair guy at the register never spoke and never smiled. I told him I wanted a Reuben meal. He said classic and I said yes because it is on the classic menu. Then he goes about putting together other orders and left my roommate standing there, never asking her for her order. He also never asked if I wanted my receipt. He gives out food to some other people, hands me my order THEN takes my roommate order. We leave and when I get home I discover he gave me a plain roast beef sandwich. I went there specifically for the Reuben sandwich, I know that is what I ordered. So now I drive back up there and put the bag on the counter. He walks by a few times, I know he sees me. After a few minutes he finally walks over and just looks at me. Doesn’t ask if there is something wrong, no he just stares at me. I tell him that is not what I ordered so he yells to the guy in the back to make a Reuben. Then he starts going through the orders on the screen. He actually says under his breath while walking passed me that there were no Reuben orders. Well no kidding, that’s because you put the order in wrong!!!! You need to start doing better!!!!

The workers made me wait at the speaker for 4 minutes saying nothing with no line whatsoever then when I got my order my Mac and cheese bites were black and dripping oil… this is not the first time at this location but it will be the last. Pleas hire people who don’t flirt at the food station in front of customers getting touchy instead of making food.

We waited forever to order at the drive thru. We ordered no salt on fries. We get salt on fries. We ordered Arby’s double and we got the Arby’s single. I would turn around but I am to far away to go back.

Excellent, immaculate, friendly Arby’s location. Conveniently located directly on the southbound side of US 19 in Tarpon Springs. This Arby’s is a little more difficult to access if traveling northbound on US 19 (Most likely a U-turn will be necessary). I have visited this location several times, utilizing the drive thru service window during the pandemic. On the most recent visit, my partner and I enjoyed our lunch in the dining room. The dining room and service counter area were completely clean and well maintained. The staff associates taking our order were so very nice and polite to both of us, as well as all the customers. We both ordered our favorite Arby’s meal, the Beef and Cheddar! Delicious! It was served fresh and hot! We both also enjoyed the curly fries and soda beverage. The service was quick and efficient. This Arby’s location is updated and features the new interior and exterior design and features. There is plenty of parking if dining inside and an efficient drive thru window for easy take out. My partner and I were very impressed with this Arby’s location and we will return often! Delicious food and excellent customer service! I highly recommend Arby’s in Tarpon Springs!!
