I’m so upset. Arby’s is already expensive and to give me hardly any cheese on a beef n cheddar should be a crime when you pay so much for a meal. This might as well have been their regular sandwich. Extremely disappointing especially since I don’t live near here so I can’t even come back to get this fixed. Won’t return. (This is a double beef n cheddar)

It has been a while since I went to an Arby’s. Now I remember why.
Staff was there, took the order and that’s about it for them.
My sandwich had a little bit of cheese sauce and a ton of the other sauce. Not even sure what it was but there was a lot of it.
I think they did not pay attention in the put the meat on the bun class either. Granted it had a lot of meat, but the bun template must have broke cuz it sure was not even close to the same size, so couple the boat load of sauce to that and it is no longer a sandwich. More like….. A big mess…. Tried to come up with a better anology but I couldn’t.
Anyway food was…edible, but you will need tools or a non environmentally friendly amount of napkins

Stopped to get a beef and cheddar with double beef and this is what I get for a sandwich. No cheese & hardly no meat. Asked for them to fix my sandwich and I’m giving a cup of cheese.
And people in the fast food industry want more than minimum wage. Why should you get more money when you can’t even do your job?

The food is okay here, but maintenance really needs to do better. The bathroom floor was sticky at every step, and the drain grate was disgusting. The toilet isn’t seated properly, so beware when you sit and stand as it rocks and makes a loud noise.
Several tables were dirty, and one had a makeshift leveler. This is not a good look for you, Arby’s.

I’ve been through here a couple of times recently. They appear to have new staff and management. Very friendly and courteous. If you go have a payment they fix it right away, and are very apologetic. Food quality is always good now as well.

When I paid, and she’s got a receipt, I was told the printer want working. When pressed, turns out it needed receipt paper. Finally get my order and head to house. I unwrapped one sandwich (I ordered two so I could have one for later), and the meat looked absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t the usual freshly sliced, hot and juicy today beef. The meat looked old like it had been sliced hours ago and was almost as dry as beef jerky. Checked the second sandwich, and it was the same way. I’ve been avoiding going due to Arby’s removing potato cakes from the menu, but I was really craving their first beef sandwiches. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This location is always clean like you can smell how clean it is. Pick any table, its clean. We had the best customer service we’ve had in a very long time from Gino. He was polite and very good at his job. Dare I say it seemed like he was happy to be there. I know theese guys are underpaid so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but honestly we haven’t had this good of an experience at arbys for a couple of years. Hire more people like Gino!

Fresh and tasty. I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and got it! Usually they only give you 2-3 packs of sauce for two sandwiches when asking for “extra” but the Crystal River location does it right with 4-5 packs per sandwich meal.

Roast beef and fries were good. Cherry turnover was burnt, hard as a rock. I brought them back up to the counter, I was given 2 more but told they probably weren’t any better..they weren’t.
