The food once received was excellent and fresh. Entered the drive through gave my order took much longer then normally expected for Arby’s. Once I pulled away we were missing a sandwich checked receipt, was never Entered. Went inside to place order and there were several customers waiting for their food all frustrated on turnover time. Again waited awhile for my missing sandwich and once back to my car my meal received previously was already cold. Overall the cornbread sandwich and turkey bacon ranch were very good, just wish they had more or faster kitchen staff.

There was a mixup with my food order.ONLY to discover it was NOT Arbys fault. BUT.. DUANE the mgr.contacted me for a courtesy call..
What great service was provided to make things right that wasn’t their wrong!

“Arby’s we have the meats!” That’s the slogan right? Well, paying $12 for a sandwich that has 30 cents of meat on it is theft! This store charges more than most Arby’s I’ve been to, and puts less meat than any other. Make that make sense…. It wasn’t always like this, what happened? Give us what we pay for!

I have lived in the area since 1999, so this has been my first choice location for arby’s. Today i went through the drive thru and had a larger order. I was in no hurry and knew i would need to wait. The staff was super friendly and professional. The food came out quicker than expected and they still apologized for the wait. I will continue to use this as my first choice location .

Today I went to Arby’s and they’ve completely gone down hill. I paid $20 for inedible food disgusting food. The roast beef had gone bad and the buffalo chicken wrap was so coated in buffalo sauce and mayo it was disgusting.
