I went right before close and I hate to do that to these hardworking people but just got off work. Woman at the drive though was literally so nice. It was so refreshing. Apologized for the lemonade sizes changing, as well as offering me a coupon booklet. She was very patient when I took my order as well. I had two orders. I so wish I asked her name but didn’t want to think she was getting in trouble. I just really wanted to recognize this store and her. She went above and beyond

We consistently enjoy going to this particular Arby’s on Cleveland in Fort Myers. We often go later in the evenings. The service has always been exceptional. The counter staff is particularly very customer service minded. I am told his name is Mr Greg. He has been there for a while. Every time I walk in and see him smiling at the counter, I know that this is going to be a good experience at Arby’s. I have observed him working with other customers, and especially once an elderly lady, and he did a fantastic job. Thanks Arby’s, we’ll see you again soon. And thanks, Mr Greg, for setting the standard of customer service high. Keep up the good work.

Stopped in here for lunch.. was greeted by a older very friendly woman at the register.. she had a few issues with ringing up our order but it wasn’t busy so I didn’t worry about angry patrons.. our food did come up fast. The roast beef tasted ok but the bun was on the verge of being stale and took away from the taste.. the fries were good but they definitely put in the bare minimum… Tried the orange milkshake, tasted good but couldn’t really taste the orange flavor. More like vanilla shake with a light orange color… In general if you need a Arby fix it will do.

Place is a clown show 1 customer in drive through two customers at a table eating and 6? Useless staff none of which were willing or able to take my order they said someone would come eventually then said that twice more one guy even walked up and started to take the order then mumbled something cut me off and disappeared again. I guess they have enough business and don’t really want anyone in the dining room eating a sandwich on the way home from work. Oh well I’ve never been one to force people to take my cash especially $14 for a plain sandwich with fries and soda.

The regional manager left a cigarette dispenser in the middle of the parking lot and where i could not see it when i picked up his employee. Now i have a large scratch in the rear door and a big dent and scrape in my passenger door.

I would like to say this Arby’s has made a 360 turn around. Food is always fresh, they are always clean and polite. Also every time I go in the drive thru I’m greeted with a smile and positive vibes from a man name Edward. I feel like a lot of fast food companies have lost these skills. As prices go up I feel like companies and staff need to be more like this. Great job! I will definitely be back a lot more.
