Now realized why we haven’t eaten here in a while. Could have eaten at a steak house for the same price as our sandwiches & fries cost. And whatever you do, DON’T waste your money on their new Steak Bites. Thankfully we got 1 order to share, $10 for 10 Bites.

On top of that, when I tried to reply bu following the link, one of the mandatory fields is to select a city, which offered a drop down, wasn’t able to just type in the city…well, the city was not available in the drop down. Imagine that! Asked for feedback, them make it impossible to provide.

Extremely friendly staff that gave a warm welcome! Had to stop in for a snack before heading home to feed my cranky daughter a quick bite. Very positive cashier, joked around and chatted back n forth before my food was finished. Food was hot and fresh too. Excellent service, a nice relaxed and jovial atmosphere before the long drive back home 🙂

The young lady at the drive thru has the worst attitude, never smiles and can’t get my order right. She would be my dishwasher at best. I would never have her in contact with paying customers. It was 1:30 today no one else was in the store or behind me in drive thru. I asked for a classic regular with crinkle fries, I got a beef and chedder on an onion roll with curly fries, and she asked me twice!! I will go else where in future.

The staff was wonderful, the building was sparkling clean, and the food was wonderful as usual. Amber however went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had my toddler with us and he was being a little rambunctious and Amber came to our table to check on us, ask if we needed anything, brought my son a toy. She also took our order in the beginning and made sure everything was correct and came out right. Give her a raise or a promotion!!! She was amazingly stellar!

It was clean I walked in to order to the cashier I wanted 3 regular roast beef sandwiches he said ok 3 #1 I said sure cause I left my glasses in the car so I’m waiting inside for them to make my sandwiches but they have to help the drive thru and dash orders first like I’m not in a hurry too so I stand there when another person orders and says I’d like the #1 beef and cheddar . What cheddar they aren’t plain like I asked for so I told the cashier that’s not what I wanted he said I can tell them not to out the cheddar on I said ok and you can refund my card because I paid a higher price for that he is dumbstruck and just shrugs his shoulders so I go to sit down and wait for the order to be called after 15 mins I notice I’m the only one still there so I go to the counter and tell them I been waiting for 20 mins so the manager says your name Gracie I said no it’s Lacy she said we’ve been calling for you. I said no you’ve been calling a person that isn’t even here. That cashier not only got my order wrong he also got my name wrong as well so here I go walking out with cold food totally defeated. I paid $34 for food I didn’t want! Never again Ardys! (Pun intended)

The people aregreat, but this is two times in less than three weeks that they have forgotten about $20 worth of merchandise. It was paid for in two different orders. Their quality control is abysmal but they give you a smile with it. I ordered 2/2 pound beef and cheddar both times and they only give me a double beef and cheddar both times for both sandwiches. They remembered the steak nuggets this time which they forgot the last time but didn’t give the jalapeño bites this time.
