No one is ever there, it is always dead. Somehow the order is still wrong, food is old or cold. The grease they are using is old. Total disappointment and a waste of a new location. Unfortunately Arby’s has lost the meaning of their own description of what Arby’s is. From Owner- Arby’s is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby’s was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened its doors in 1964. The Arby’s brand strives to inspire smiles through delicious experiences. We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads.” Where is the truth in this? Do better please!

Very disappointed in the Bogo deal. I ordered 2 Brisket sandwiches and the meat on both was what one should have had, not anything like the picture. You need to use a scale to ensure a good sandwich every time. At almost $9.00 you can deliver a better one. I won’t return. The website doesn’t let you give any additional details so how is the owner going to make things right. Just credit my card

This would be the 3rd and last time that have tried to order food here and they are out. First 2 times it was roasted beef and this time chicken. And I don’t mean just tenders or something else was told they had absolutely no chicken!!! I get you may get extra orders that usual at times and the order wasn’t enough that was made but 3 times now this is in over a years time I will add but I send someone to pick up multiple orders each time and every time they are having to call and change orders at last second because this location. So going forward our lunches will be done at other restaurants.

Nice, clean restaurant. Good food, good (quick) service but the front cashier being on Tictok with her speaker on, was a little annoying while we were trying to enjoy our dinner

*This is a review of an Arby’s restaurant located at 3524 Lakeland Highlands Rd, Lakeland, FL 33803, regarding an order placed at 7:03 PM Friday, January 3, 2025. The restaurant was not busy, and there were about three customers dining inside.*
We ordered two of Arby’s “Limited Time” Crispy Fish Sandwiches, one Classic Roast Beef sandwich, one Classic French Dip & Swiss sandwich (which comes with a cup of Au Jus), a large order of Mozzarella Sticks, a large order of Crinkle Fries, and an assortment of condiments to go with everything.
Except for the Au Jus, the whole order was crammed into one bag that had to be taped shut with stickers.
All condiments (10 packets of ketchup, 8 packets of Arby’s sauce, 3 tubs of marinara sauce) were thrown on top of/into the open containers of cheese sticks and fries.
First, that is gross and not sanitary. Second, cold and cool condiments should not be thrown on top of or into the containers of hot foods (or what was supposed to be hot foods).
The fries and cheese sticks were warm at best. I know this because I tried them on the way home.
The two fish sandwiches were in the bottom of the sack, and by the time we got home, they were smashed completely.
The French dip sandwich was shoved sideways down into the bag.
The classic roast beef sandwich was the only food that was left decent enough to eat out of the whole bag.
The total price before the coupon was $31.04. Even though I used a “reward” to get 25% off, which brought the total to $24.91, this is still quite a bit to pay for food that was mostly not fit to eat.
I thought Arby’s was supposed to be a higher-class fast food restaurant, but this particular store proved me to be wrong. It doesn’t begin to compare to a Culver’s or Chick-fil-A store. Just simply splitting this order and using an additional bag for packing would have been beneficial in keeping the food fit to eat. Given the food’s price, I believe the cost of using another bag in which to package the order would have been justified.
When I went into the store to pick up the order, there were a handful of employees standing huddled around a cell phone in the background. None of them looked up to greet me as I came in. I tried to get their attention so I could ask if the smaller bag was mine, too. However, I had to open it to see for sure. Luckily, it was mine. Otherwise, I would have been opening another customer’s food bag.
Service and food at this location were a huge disappointment.
This trip was a waste of hard-earned money and precious time.

Stopped at this location on 8/21/24 for lunch. Wanted to try the Bourbon BBG Brisket sandwich. 1st picture is what Arby advertised. 2nd and 3rd pictures is what I received. Not even close to what they advertised. Maybe i can find the lawyer that sued Mcdonalds, or the one that sued Burger King. Getting tired of getting ripped off by all these stinking fast food companies. All these companies crying about all the crap. When they are decreasing the size of everything, but keep raising prices. Everyone needs to stop eating at these places. We the people need to show these companies who the resl bosses are. And hit them where it will hurt. Don’t recommend any food.

I purchase three half pound sandwiches and two senior drinks for 28.00 dollars. I asked for some onions for my sandwiches. The lady wanted to charge me 55 cent for 2 rings of onion. They cut a thin slice of onion from a small onion and open up the slice into rings. You get 2 small rings for 55 cent plus tax. You pay 8.00 dollars for one sandwich and Arby’s wants to rake the customer for as much money as they can. If you think about it if Arby’s buys just a three pound bag of onions at the cost that they charge the customer for onions they are making 80.00 dollars plus per bag. Things like that need to stop.

My wife and I went to the grand opening for lunch. Had #2 roast beef with crinkle fries and jalapeno poppers. Food was fresh, fast service and friendly staff.

Tonight I went to this location after giving it another try after a previous bad experience. I arrived at 7:25 and the staff took five minutes just to take my order. The front guy asked if I could wait 5 minutes for the fries and I said yes. After 20 minutes went by and them continually serving the drive through (cars that showed up after me) I asked how much longer and he said five more minutes. I told him that’s what he originally told me and he said they had to work on other orders that were placed online ahead of me and it hasn’t been 20minutes, so I told him to look at the ticket. I said that’s not good customer service making the ones who actually come in to wait longer and he just wanted to argue that they’re still making the order. When I got the order there were barely any fries in the container and the wrap was just thrown together. If you want fast quality service go somewhere else.

I decided to try the new waygu burger. I ordered the deluxe, which comes with lettuce and tomato. Both were missing. I also asked for curly fries but received crinkle fries. I paid $25 for 2 waygu meals. Disappointed. Not full flavor experience and pricey.
