Your location is nothing if not consistent: every single time I order here (assuming you even have what I want), the food comes out lukewarm at best, usually closer to straight-up cold.
I’ve never once gotten hot food from this place. For the prices you charge, the bare minimum should be food that’s actually warm. I’m guessing it’s those warming trays that have ruined half the fast food game—yours clearly aren’t doing the job, and you’re just banking on people eating it anyway.
Yesterday my buddy (who lives 5 minutes away) grabbed me a Crispy Fish sandwich and potato cakes while we were working on a project. He came straight back and the fish wasn’t even warm to the touch; potato cakes were barely warm as well. Called and complained—spoke to Jay, got told to come back the next day to “resolve it.”
Well, tonight was that next day. Same exact low-effort garbage. Fish was room temperature (an improvement I guess), potato cakes lukewarm at best. Nobody gave a damn to make sure it was actually hot and fresh even after we told you about the night before. That’s the real tell.
I’m not usually the complaining type, but I’ve had enough. Prices keep climbing while quality keeps diving—it’s infuriating. This Arby’s, Taco Bell, Popeyes… the whole Ulmerton Road strip is a parade of mediocrity. Taco Bell on Ulmerton Road recently handed me a “box” meal (in a bag, box was MIA) with half the items unwrapped and loose at the bottom like they were shooting hoops with the food. Makes you wonder if it hit the floor first. So they handed me a deconstructed meal in a bag. Pathetic!
You guys aren’t the absolute worst, but you’re damn close. Customer service is obviously underwhelming and the food is even less impressive. You’re a textbook example of why once-decent chains (Checkers, Hardee’s, etc.) keep shuttering—nobody cares anymore, and it shows loud and clear.
I won’t be back. Don’t bother responding or offering another “resolution.” Tonight was supposed to be that, and you blew it again. Peace out.

My husband and I stopped in after Work. While my Turkey sandwich was fine.. his Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was less than to be Desired. It was nothing like the picture described. How can a 9 dollar sandwich look soo PATHETIC!!!. This is not the Arbys we knew and Loved!!!

While eating here a HUGE rat was running around the dining room and into the kitchen. Our food was served cold even after we asked for fresh fries. Employees clearly do not care about the quality of the food or to listen to what the customer asks for.

Don’t eat fast food much came here a few months ago and got 2 double roast beef’s that had like 1 slice of meat on them, I mean if it was a regular it would have just been a bun. Figured maybe I just got a bad order, it happens! Came back tonight and order 2 doubles and it was even less meat! I’m talking 1 thin piece for a double! 20.53$ for a combo and an extra sandwich and I basically got 2 buns. Never again!

I dont usually leave reviews BUT…. I just wanted a #15 with a jamoka shake, no where did i ask for ATTITUDE on the side from MISS SHAMU before i even had a word out on the drive through. Food was great because is Arby’s but id like to know when is why are there traces of the orangecicle on my cup?? I understand people sometimes hate their CHOSEN jobs, but am sure the attitude is not part of Arby’s work ethic or menu for that matter, or am I in the wrong here?? My advice to SHAMU is, if u hate it so much get another job or even better ACT like the professional ur supposed to be at your place of employment in any kind of job no matter how shitty it is to you.

Power system was out here, no problem, but what I have a problem with is the manager lady was at the front working on computers and didn’t acknowledge me, say sorry for inconvenience, we will be with you as soon as we can…..nothing. only by observation did I know power was out. She just left me standing at counter as did other employees there. After quite awhile everything was back running. Employee named Richard came from the back and waited on me, he was very friendly, courteous with a great smile and accommodating. My order was correct. Fresh and tasty. Thank goodness for that.

Nece was great! She is pleasant, efficient and very friendly. The store if you are going on Ulmerton is easy to get in it. Otherwise just make an U-turn. You will not regret it. The store and the bathrooms are spotless. The sodas actually taste like sodas. Ty

We ordered 4 sandwiches for takeout. When my wife arrived at designated time, the store only had 2 sandwiches finished. After waiting an additional 15 minutes and arriving home, we discovered they had made us the wrong sandwiches. I ordered the double BBQ bacon burger and there was no bacon or onion straws on it.
