Don’t recommend this location! Went through drive thru to be pulled up for. About 5 minutes! When received our food the fries were cold. Went in and asked for Hot Fresh fries, a girl asked “what’s your definition of hot fries?”
I said Hot fresh fries not cold and soggy!!!!!! Then they threw all 5 of our fries back in the fry bin!!!!! I said did you really just put those back in the bin? Another employee said don’t worry you will get fresh fries we will give those to somebody else!!! Really???? We touched all those fries and you gonna resale them!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!

I ordered the steak bites and was disappointed. They were overcooked, sinewy, and dry. Husband ordered the Meat Mountain sandwich and it was perfect as usual. The order taker at the window almost choked out laughing when I requested the “Meat Mountain;” guess he had a little bit of gutter brain going on. Glad to provide some comic relief!

Ordered Ham & Swiss sandwich, pictures will explain it all. Where’s the Swiss cheese at? Separate the sandwich and finally found it. This definitely didn’t look like the one on menu board. Not even close.

Arby’s has changed their menu and still kept some of their favorites. The Italian sub was good the first time, the second time was a fail. The bread was soggy and everything just tasted old. The steak tips were too chewy for me. The gyros were pretty good but again the wrap was soggy and fell apart. Had to use a fork to finish my sandwich? The Associates were pleasant but I was surprised when she couldn’t spell “Howard” for the order.

I bought the loaded Italiaian sandwich after seeing the tv ad. The sandwich looked loaded on TV but not in reality. It was good but small and nothing like ad. Come on Arby’s you say ” We have the meats!” How bout putin em on your sandwiches ! Other than my objections to truth in advertising and meat portions I enjoyed the delicious snack.

If you’re looking for somewhere that’s not loud and dirty, has friendly staff and fast service come check out Arby’s. The restaurant has a quiet dining experience. There is inexpensive menu of sandwiches. I would recommend the bacon smokehouse brisket sandwich, the double beef and cheddar sandwich, and buffalo chicken sandwich and signature curly fries. I would not recommend the dark chocolate cookies because it was too thick and dry for me. There’s also a deep fried turkey sandwich and gyro that I did not try. There’s no Coca-Cola freestyle machine but they do have a couple of Coke products.

This is a review (warning) to not order the currently available gyro sandwich. The meat was dry and grisly, no flavor, and just not appealing. The attached Pic is an accurate depiction as received.

Used drive-thru. Everything was fine until I got home and discovered that the Au jus for the French Dip was missing. I didn’t report it, but I’m sure they would have made it right. I’ll be back.
