I had the club sandwich with curly fries. The fries were delicious, and the club was just OK.

Came here as a delivery driver however stood for 5 minutes with no staff acknowledging or saying anything to me. Once I said someone a staff member took her sweet time to bring me the order which was already sitting and getting cold. If I was a customer eating here I would never come back again for the terrible customer service.

The food was mediocre except for the fries. That classic cheddar sandwich on their promotion was disappointing! Some very thinly sliced deli meat which tasted like sawdust!
Speaking of promotion, there was a whole lot of confusion, the staff didn’t know the terms, the app said the offer is with $5 purchase, they first said with $10 purchase, then it was BOGO!
In the end, it was futile, because the system could not accept the codes provided by the app! Arby’s you’re not ready for “primetime”. One redeeming quality is that a “supervisor” as a courtesy for our frustration offered us some coupons.
To lend itself to the already austere interior, the floor was so sticky, it gave me unhygienic vibes! This was a complete turnoff but we were famished!
I have since deleted the app! A complete waste of time and valuable space on my phone!
Based on this experience, the food tepid, the service lukewarm, and the atmosphere cold, I will not be visiting Arby’s anytime soon!

Arby’s never misses. Great choices always challenging to decide because of many options. Mozzarella sticks are a must. Please bring back onion rings

This is definitely a chain in decline. We received an old refried chicken tender with a mixed batch of fresh and stale fries. About half my curly fries bare measured over an inch. My brisket sandwich looked NOTHING like the poster and was stingily put together. For a few more dollars I could have gone to Outback just a couple blocks away. The employees were nice and attentive, but the food was disappointing. I don’t want to.put anyone out of business, but you need to earn my money the way I earn mine. Please do better 🙁

Omgggg the roast beef is incredibly delicious and the fries are hot and crispy. The restaurant is clean and the employees are incredibly nice with excellent professionalism. Had to take a photo of the before and after with also ordering more mini sliders.

We ara living in days that quality and customer service now more than ever it is a key to keep businesses running. I love Arby’s, but going to this location and get the quality of product we got today, was really dissapointing. No forks or spoons to eat by mac and cheese steak nuggets bowl, How do they expect from the customer to eat?. That’s not all, steak nuggets were extremely overcooked or burned most of them. I got a question for the Store Manager from another Store Manager, is that the quality on the product that customers deserve?. And that’s not even all, the mac and cheese taste like soap and when you see that restaurant is not full and the quality of the product is like that, is when I ask myself, who monitor the quality of the product at this location? Really dissapointing!

its crazy how proper customer service is a hit or miss nowadays. I ordered a meal, but only got a sandwhich. Said something to the guy who took my order and he almost catches an attitude and says “i didnt ask for the meal”. Usually you have to ask for only a sandwhich & the meal is automatic. Not with this guy. His name tag says Lasagna or something like that. while im here, he messed up everybody else’s order smh.

The food at Arby’s is always great. The Taste of the roast beef is very good and has just the right tenderness. It is moist and soft, just as it should be. I’m not a fan of the specialty sandwiches, but I can’t resist coming back here because the roast beef is so good. They also have a wide variety of side dishes that you can’t find most fast food restaurants. The service is always very quick and the lines are never long, which is great for customers, but I’m not too sure it’s good for business.
