We only went to try the peach cobbler rolls, they were pretty good, I would recommend. My only complaint regarding service was I wish the females (staff) that assisted me in drive through spoke better English.

I just went to Arby’s drive-through to order some food. It’s Wednesday, July 30 at 11 am. All I ordered was a large fry and a regular vanilla shake for my daughter who is autistic. First of all the vanilla shake came with I hope swirls of chocolate in it and if anybody knows an autistic child, they will not have that. There was a gentleman there who redid it and he was very nice. The lady there seems very annoyed. To top it all off when I get home the large french fries that I got were not full. It was like medium fries. I don’t know why I paid for a large. And to top it all off the fries were so Old and well done that I couldn’t believe they would even serve somebody these fries.

Refried fries and dried up steak charcoal bites onion rings stale
Manager said try it first when I mentioned the steak bites looked burned and dry.the turkey with bacon was fresh.

I am so tired of this location. It is ridiculous, how they forget so much stuff. I asked for beef and cheddar combo…. No cheese on my sandwich… kids combo missing fries… cmon… DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! It is the worst of them all. They are so incompetent here…

Service was good. Tables could be cleaner. Food came out fast.

The roast beef was a bit too soft but it tasted ok. The chicken nuggets a like over breaded.

Ok experience.

Sept 2024: roast beef some reason at this location is just not a springy.

They do have potatoes cakes again which came out good and crispy.

Service was better this time around.

Was falling asleep on the highway y got off on carribean exit fell asleep in front of the place in my car for about an hour accidentally. No one bothered me I woke up went through the drive thru and got the best slider I’ve ever had and carried on my way home. Good eats good people

Today after a movie i decided to take my 85 year old dad to lunch. He had never been to Arby’s. I suggested to him try the roast beef sandwich it’s good. We stood line and a customer behind me said oh I see we have Mr. Don’t smile. He was about the manager. I said to the manager can you smile? He replied can I take your order, with no smile. I said hey where is the good customer service? He replied I’m here to take your order. At the moment I looked back at the customer behind and he said I told you he doesn’t smile. At the moment I started to walk out, because why should I spend my money where the customer service is zero. I only ordered because I wanted my dad to try their food. I would never go back to Southland Mall location. I wonder why the restaurant is never full. Do better

Recent visits to Arby’s have been excellent. We’ve consistently enjoyed good, carefully prepared food and friendly service. A polite and welcoming drive-thru employee stood out yesterday, and on previous indoor visits, the restaurant was clean and well-kept. The reasonable music volume is also a nice touch.

Just went through the drive-through. The lady was so rude and yelled. What else do you want ? when I was asking my child what they want the whole interaction was less than two minutes. There was not one car behind me. She was extremely rude. I highly suggest a management start hiring people that know how to talk to people if they’re gonna work with the public.
