I liked the parking setup, handicap parking is opposite of front door. The food was pretty fresh and warm…but no potato cakes-that was a bummer. The one thing that dragged this Arby’s down was the cleanliness of the dining area…it needed a good going over when I got there around 3 pm.

I went here for a quick bite. I ordered the smokehouse brisket. I ordered one of the new Waygu Steakhouse Bacon Ranch Burgers. Overall this was good and the price was good too. The location is next to McDonalds and Best Buy in Coral Springs

I cant speak for the food because I didn’t have an opportunity to try. I went there to get the special buy one get one that they offer. I was taken to this store thru means of the Arby’s app and is close to 13 miles from where I work. Anyways the employee said the system was new and wasn’t allowing the special to go thru. He went to speak to the manager and came back saying there was nothing he could so. That is a lazy manager and one that needs to be replaced if he thinks there is nothing he can do. So much for customer satisfaction, doesnt seem to be anymore. Needless to say I will not be visiting this store ever again, and of course I’m going to put the word out to people I know.

I’ve always wanted to try Arby’s but we don’t have one in RI so I took advantage while visiting Florida. The chicken wrap had a bit too much honey mustard for my taste but other than that everything was great. The chicken in the sandwich was more flavorful than the one in the wrap. We especially loved the nuggets and curly fries. The tenders were so juicy and tender.

2 employees working at lunch time, so there was quite a wait. Not their fault, but the wait was over 15 minutes. Sandwhich was hot and good. Clean dining area, but just the normal fast food seating.

Consistently messed up orders and no one in this store cares to fix anything. Before someone says ‘call our customer service, we’d like more details’, just go spend time in this restaurant and witness the poor service first hand.

Our first visit to Arbys was a hit! Superclean, nice staff both evening and morning, clean toilet, very fresh food. One of the kids had just slider with bacon and loved it, the slider with ham was packed. We would love to come back to Arbys!
