We love the manager Alex. Always welcomes us when he sees us. Tonight, the young lady at the front, Pascale was phenomenal. She greeted us with a big smile and took our order. Our order was perfect. Her customer service was outstanding. Very refreshing to get service like this these days. Our food was great. Thank you for bringing back the potato cakes. Happy Holidays!

New update here at Arby’s in Pembroke Pines. I ordered the new Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler sandwich and ate more than half of the sandwich until a LONG Strand of Hair was in the sandwich. I actually had to pull the hair out of my mouth ,this was NASTY AS HELL. I tried to call the place 5x times no one answered I was about 5mlies away. So I decided to make my way back to the restaurant, and right when I made it back ,someone answered and said we were busy. There was not 1 car in the drive thru and 2ppl in the dining area. Guess that means your packed out?

This is one of my husband favorite. But I’m not really Arby’s person. He planned to get there to have a burger with curly fried. The burger was good and fresh. We love the curly fried.
This location is clean and all ingredients are fresh. I went to another location in Miami beach. All things were not good, not fresh. There are so many sauces to put into your meal.
If you received a good service, you can ring the bell which is located near the door. Let’s the staff know that they’re doing good. Smile is truly great!

Ok so I love to mix things and they have a bowl with macaroni, fried onion ring, and cube steak. It is so good. I can’t wait to order it again. It was totally empty. Not like McDonald’s or Burger King.

Seems like the amount of the roast beef sandwiches always varies. One time you have a healthy sandwich and the next time your sandwich is on a diet. The drive thru is tight if you have a larger vehicle you might hit the curb. They seem to be understaffed so the wait on the drive thru is always slow. Three out of 4 times I ordered the beef and cheese and received no cheese. Check your sandwich before pulling away.

Me and my family have been coming here for years and we have always enjoyed the food and the service especially the quality of the food. About 10 months ago we had such a a bad experience with the manager a young man that wears glasses that we promised to never go back to that location ever again. So today me and my wife who really enjoy Arbys food said let’s give it another try it’s been so long and we love the food. NEVERMIND completely regret it the food quality is horrible cold smokehouse sandwich cold jalapeno poppers. Don’t understand is no one training these workers why has the location declined so much over the years. The same manager was there the young man with glasses wish I had his name but I wouldn’t have him working with my company especially with his bad handling of customer service. I’ll never forget 10 months ago when I came to return the food because it was made so horrible ( since we were in the hospital with my mother) and his response was id rather give you your money back then make you your order again so you don’t need to eat here. Hopefully the owner can read this and start to hold your management team accountable. Sorry but I wouldn’t return to this location if my food was free for the next year. Owner operator look deep into you managers especially the young man that wears glasses his customer service skills are horrendous probably in the wrong line of work.

My second trip in a month to Arby’s. The first trip they knowingly served me fish when they were out of tarter sauce!
Second trip ordered two for 7 beef and cheddars without cheddar sauce with lettuce $.29, with tomatoes $.29 and red onion. The $1.20 extra I spent to add lettuce and tomatoes must have caused the cook to do exactly what he was taught to do…..give next to nothing despite my extra charge. Be careful!! Adding extra anything is a rip-off. See my pics.

Menu has changed through the years but the beef and cheddar are still the favorite. The sea salt caramel chocolate chip cookie is worth the splurge. Always ring the bell..
