I came to try Arby’s for the first time with my coworker last Friday, clean establishment but some tables are sticky and uneven, very friendly and helpful staff, I really didn’t know what to order so I got me an order of almost everything so I could have the Arby’s experience, let me tell you I was not impressed! The roast beef sandwich was okay not much flavor at all in their meat, the curly fries are not crispy at all, the crinkle fries are okay but their seasoning it taste weird and they’re very inconsistent some are crispy some are not, the jalapeño bites does are crispy hot and melted cheese delicious, the mozzarella sticks are okay nothing that stand out at all, the strawberry lemonade it is good tangy not to sweet and very refreshing, great staff average food or maybe I just not a fan of roast beef!

Vanessa was outstanding. She brought the order and decided that the fries were not good enough for us so she brought us fresh new ones. She ran around to make sure that everybody was okay and had what they needed. She never sat for a minute. She was cleaning the floors waking up. Very impressive. Great personality.

New Waygu burger with bacon. Bun held everything in well. Great for a fast food change different burger change. Very filling and larger than McD’s Quarter Pounder. The sauce did not overpower the whole burger. Give it a try!

I don’t know if it’s bad management or what this issue is here. Floors are so sticky in this place. Many uncleaned tables. Never hear them call out name. Ended up getting up to see what was taking so long and the food was sitting on the counter. You think they would call you name again or walk it out to you instead of allowing it to get cold.
Hopefully this place makes a turn around.
