I ordered a #5 a #9 and a 4 piece mozzarella stick in the drive through on 10/11/2025 I asked for garlic aioli on my #9 and Amanda said she put it on there I said it’s not on my sandwich. She asked the other employee about putting garlic aioli on my sandwich which I don’t understand why if I said it’s not on my sandwich then it’s not on there. She had a very rude nasty attitude and slammed the window in my face. Michael came to the window to give me my garlic aioli as well and asked if that was enough I said yes and I asked for ranch as well. He slammed the window in my face and stormed off as well. We come here very often but we will not be back here again with that attitude and treating customers very rudely.

I don’t know if you can see this but there is a hair wrapped around this curly fry I went up there before I had to go to work and spend my last $20 I had on a lunch that I was grossed out by and ended up throwing it in the garbage I had to go to work and I could not go back. When I got there I asked the guy if he could make new fries because I hate the curly fries when they’re nuke warm they don’t taste good I told him I’d wait till 5 minutes or the 10 minutes for a new batch he told me they just came up and they were hot they were not they were nuke warm like they’ve been sitting there for a minute. They were not hot. I like that they just came out. I leave my fries in the bag because it keeps them warm I pull them out one at a time when I am eating them like most people do and I pull one out go to stick it in my mouth and something tickles my mouth I pull it out of my mouth and look at it and there’s a freaking hair wrapped around it. I could not tell you how bad that grossed me out. I do not live or work close to Arby’s so I have to drive a good bit to get there just to come there to get food and leave and hope I make it to work because that area has no turnarounds you have to go to a light to turn around because of the road work it’s very inconvenient. If I would have known that I was going to get a hair in my food and it disgusts me to the point I didn’t want to eat my sandwich cuz God knows what’s on that because if they’re not protecting their food from the hair from their head to get on the fries I don’t want to know what they’re doing in the back of the kitchen where no one can see them if they have a hairnet on or not. It was about 6 months the last time I went there. I didn’t get to eat it very often, and now I will not be back probably ever. The last place I got a hair in my food I never have been back and that was years ago I’m not going to name the restaurant butt this is how you lose customers. Right

We ordered food for everyone at our house. 2 of the Italian beef dippers, a Buffalo chicken add tomato, onion and pickle, a Turkey sandwich without onion or tomato, a Swiss n ham sandwich. We got all of our food, just missed the water we ordered. The cup of coke spilled everywhere as the lid wasn’t on properly. The Italians had almost no veggies on it. The Buffalo chicken didn’t have the requested veggies on it and the TBR had onions and tomatoes on it. The jalapeño bites were messed up and half of them were destroyed, like cut open and just fried that way.

My order was taken in the drive thru by a very pleasant lady. This is always a good way to start I ordered the fish strips meal. The nice lady hands me my drink and ask me to pull forward. No problem. Got home, 1 mile away and sat down to eat immediately. The fish is good for what it is and I would certainly order it again but the crinkle fries were not even warm and seemed to be not too fresh. Fries are important All in all not a bad experience but let’s work on the fry situation

Day time staff is great! But the food quality could be better. I ordered a Greek gyro and the bread was completely dried and hard. I also asked for extra sauce which was never added. These issues can be fixed by paying more attention to detail. I’m a local, so I’ll be returning again because I love Arbys.

The food is outstanding. The restaurant is spotless. The staff is super professional. I had a Ruben today and it is top-notch. I had a Gyro yesterday and that is also phenomenal

Arby’s is a favorite fast food place. We rarely go there but when we have it’s always been tasteful. I’ve always enjoyed the Reuben sandwich and curly fries. Much rather eat Arby’s than McDonald’s, or Burger King. Most of the sandwiches are tasty.

Ordered 2 meals w 2 small shakes, and a side small coke and mozzarella stick. Get to the window and only have one fry. With a very long line I politely bring it to their attention. They send a manager to the window to tell me the lady taking my order substituted mozzarella sticks. Why? I didn’t ask for substitutions. Both manager and woman taking my order were rude. She said I would have to pay for a small fry, but the cost of that doesn’t equal out. Rather than make everyone wait on me while they voided/refunded the bill and put it in correctly I left…. I paid $30…. Skip this Arby’s!!! Ps my small milkshakes were not even full!!
