Arby’s is always a quick and reliable stop. I usually go with the classic roast beef and curly fries and it always hits the spot. The drive thru is easy and convenient which makes it perfect when I am running errands or dealing with Destin traffic. Fast service, good food and a simple stop that never disappoints.

Hands down one of the best Arby’s visits ever! Sherman crushed it taking our order even with my last second changes and coupons— super friendly and upbeat. Malik made the food fresh, hot, and perfect (those gooey cheese sticks were on point!). Alex was an absolute rockstar — running around keeping everything spotless and making sure things ran smooth. The place was sparkling clean, the vibes were great, and the whole team was just awesome. Big shout out to everyone there — y’all made our night !! You’re all so very appreciated! Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees for their outstanding customer service. Alex at drive thru window. From the moment I ordered at intercom. He greeted me and took my order with such ease. I pulled up to the window where the gentleman greeted me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately made my experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate, fresh, and served quickly.
It’s rare these days to see someone take such pride in their work and treat every customer with kindness and respect. I went thru the drive thru at 2:40pm on Feb 26th. Dude running drive thru literally “what do you want” me for my order. No Hi, hello, nothing after setting at the speaker box for 10 mins. Wild work at this Arbys.

This is the best Arby’s! The managers are so nice(two women) one assistant and I think one gm. They are so helpful every time I go. They go out of their way to be helpful and I appreciate them so much. I go often because my pup loves the roast beef. Keep up the great work!

Yes sometimes they ask you to pull up. But it’s because they fix food when ordered, not serving food and especially French fries 39 minutes old!! If you’re in a huge hurry for cold food eat somewhere else!!!

The service has been so horrible the last couple of months. I don’t get a lunch break so I order delivery a lot. My food today was extremely salty, even the beef and cheddar sandwich. The steak bite bowl, which I paid $12 for, was a small scoop of watery Mac and cheese and fatty steak bite pieces. Then the drink was wrong.

The lady at the drive-thru gave us attitude when we pulled up to the speaker around 11. She seemed annoyed that we had even pulled up. She said she’d be back because she was busy with a large order and that only two people were working. Then she just disappeared — we couldn’t even get a word in to tell her we were picking up a DoorDash order (just two fries, lol).

The food was cold. The restaurant was colder. There weren’t any “curly fries”, just broken bits of fries that were obviously scraped from the bottom of their machine.
No napkins and soda machine and condiment areas were gross and sticky.

I love Arby’s! This is the best one in my area. Clean, fast, friendly – super tasty and perfectly made Market Fresh Sammie, and even the cookies seemed fresher.
