Absolute laughable experience. Placed an online order. It was ready for pickup when we arrived, but had chocolate milk instead of the white milk I ordered with the kids meals. The worker nearest the counter (white female, purple hair, 40s/50s) was on her phone, but I asked her for white milk and she stated that they only had chocolate and offered that or a fountain drink instead. I said that my young kids only drank water and white milk, and could I please have an apple sauce instead of the chocolate milk? She stated that she could only give me apple JUICE instead. When I told her that I only got the kids meals for the white milk and asked to get a refund and do the cheaper 5 piece tender instead, she got very rude and stated that she had no way of changing it since it was an online order. She raised her voice and said she would need to take the kids meals back, refund the app, ring it up again and it would take 6 minutes to make more chicken tenders. She was very abrasive and insisted that she could not give us anything to make it right. The roast beef was room temp and the kids tenders were tiny and burnt to a crisp. Icing on the cake was no CocaCola at the fountain.

I stopped by the Arby’s on Monroe today around 2:00 PM during my lunch break. There was only one customer in the restaurant ahead of me, but after that customer was being helped, I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any employee — not even eye contact.

The staff appeared to be occupied trying to process a business-to-business “trade out” on the register. I understand that situations come up, and the employees were not being careless — but completely ignoring a customer who is standing at the counter for that long is unacceptable. A simple acknowledgment or a brief explanation would have gone a long way.

I only needed a quick order to go and had to leave without being helped so I could return to work. Unfortunately, that experience means I will not be returning to this location, and I will no longer be purchasing Arby’s gift cards for my employees as I have done in the past.

I am not looking for compensation. I’m simply providing honest feedback because this experience fell far below what I expect from a business that values its customers’ time.

Arby’s is not what it used to be, the sandwiches are thin and puny, and because of that they offer 3 different size sandwiches now. Used to be better when I was a kid, or perhaps my taste have just evolved? IDK, nothing really bad about it, just nothing to really wow over either.

Employees tried to give me a disgustingly/comically thick cut regular roast beef sandwich. When we tried to tell employees, manager wanted to see the other sandwich we ordered (sliced normal) and stared at the menu board. She then asked, ‘What do you want me to do?’ No quality control, lack of professionalism from manager, and the roast beef was a lot pinker than normal. Will not be back.

We’ve been living in Tallahassee now going on over 2 years and this is our first time at this Arby’s well to start off the service at the counter was great and fast the food was hot and fresh with no problems also the restaurant is kept up and organized very clean and the restrooms are very clean very well organize store by the manager and his crew 5 Stars we hope this review helped you out and hope you enjoyed your food like we did it was excellent

Update on our last experience…
We ordered through drive through & Dominique took our order. She asked if we wanted to donate to a charity & we told her no. After we paid & got our receipt, I noticed there was a 33-cent charity round up charge. When we asked why we were charged, the girl handing us our food laughed & said she didn’t know what it was. She asked if we wanted it removed, but we were already in a hurry & declined. But that is theft. How many other people has she done that to just today? The fries were not fresh either. So sad that this will be our last time there because I don’t trust that they won’t try stealing from us again.

Wonderful experience. Had an order for 5 people & everything was correct, hot, & fresh! The general manager was working the drive thru window & was an absolute delight to interact with. When we left, we noticed our kids’ meal had been upgraded from a 4 piece to a 6 piece & we were given apple sauce & fries. They even threw in another order of nuggets to the bag! Would definitely recommend it. We will be back when we are in the area again.
