Okay. I took the kids tonight to try the 799 meal. I have 4 kids while arriving the lady, taking our order was rude that turned me off but hey, we’re here let’s get the kids their meal. It comes up to 50 something dollars Okay I’m thinking after ordering so much food that it would be dropped fresh. It absolutely was not the fish to start was stale the cheese was translucent. They gave me something that was sitting there for a while. The Roast Beef had a weird smell. I couldn’t eat it. I’ve been to Arby’s before several times never this bad

The lady at the drive thru when I went there was in the middle of packing my order when she decided to answer her phone and proceeded to have a conversation while slowly getting my order. Apparently her phone was way more important than customer service.

Finally. I had to drive an additional 5 miles to find an Arby’s that will
honor a “Arby’s” Commercial offer. Arby’s buys millions of dollars worth of TV time go get customers to come in their restaurants. What a joy for the cashier to say ”yes, We will serve you want you saw on TV”

What could I say, every once in a blue moon, I get the urge for a classic roast beef from Arby’s, add some fries and a coke and I’m set… There is no atmosphere, really at any of these places, it’s fine as is. The food is just okay, because even though it taste great at midnight after partying , in reality it’s probably not the best for you imo. But I still think the roast beef sandwich is the best, and taste the same for as long as I could remember. Try it and let me know.

The only Arby’s Meat Mountain isn’t available. Drove all the way here just try it and ended up ordering a half pound sandwich that did seem like a half pound. Stick with the double it’s the same thing. The cheese wiz sucks!

I’ve actually tried to visit this establishment twice and left empty handed. The first time I visited I was on a bicycle, the dining room was closed so I used the drive thru as it was around 9 or 10pm I think. I was about halfway thru my order when I was interrupted by the employee informing me they would be unable to serve me as I wasn’t in a car.
A month later I was in a car. They advertise they are open till midnight but I got there at 11:51 and they refused to acknowledge me. Just send to me that the employees are this location go put off their way to discourage patronage and find any excuse not to have to actually serve customers. If I were the owner I’d for them all and start over, couldn’t do any worse on my opinion.

Went for the limited time cheese steak and it was delicious. We wish they had it full time. The ham and swiss sandwich was good. The potato cakes tasted good but they were way too greasy. Like the grease wasn’t hot enough so it just soaked into them
