After placing my order and hearing my total I drove past the sign that advertised a sandwich two sides and a drink for $7.99. normally the cashier at the restaurants will say hey we have a better deal would you like this? That didn’t happen today. When I got to the window I asked the young man why it was more than the special deal. He didn’t know and he had to ask his boss, berated me, for not having studied at the entire menu, and ordering the wrong thing because this wasn’t his fault.! Please note I didn’t say it was anyone’s fault. But I only have an hour for lunch and I didn’t have time to argue with him or explain to him what good customer service was. Needless to say I ate lunch somewhere else. The store owner might be interested in retraining this boss whoever he may be. Because if you lost this customer today I wonder how many other customers this person has driven away. I will never be back.

Arby’s should be ashamed for selling a steak and cheese sandwich that has almost no steak on it. $10 for the sandwich alone… It is all bread overloaded with creamy sauce that drips all over the place and almost no meat. Almost $13 for a meal to eat basically a 6 inch piece of bread with the equivalent of a spoon full of hamburger helper on the inside of it. SMH waste of time and money!

I visited this place on Sunday December 14th at 3 PM. Take out order inside and when I walked in the door there were 2 employees smoking cigarettes right by the entrance. If smelt terrible, then I went inside to order my food. When I came back outside there were cigarette butts right where the employee’s were smoking, total disrespect for their work place. No more visits to this place on weekends. When the main manager is there probably monday through friday, he runs the place great and everything is way better…

We love Arby’s, but this wasn’t a good experience today. Curly fries were cold. Roast beef sandwich was cold. we were the only ones here when we ordered, so it was a big surprise and letdown.

Food was disgusting! We spent 56 dollars on 4 meals and 2 roast beef sandwiches. The roast beef sandwiches tasted of dirty dishwater and the Gyro bread was so hard it was inedible. So about 20 dollars ended up in the trash.

There’s nothing I can say bad about this place except every once in Blue Moon They don’t give me enough Arby’s sauce even though I asked for it lol but 99.9% of the times they give me more than enough with a great attitude!! Love this place!

What in the world is going on at this Arby’s? We have been customers there for many years and at this point corporate needs to step in. There’s no excuse for the behavior occurring in this particular store from the staff towards the customers the female manager there today has no business working with the public. We did not order food because of what we witnessed with the previous two orders. The manager was calling a woman a liar over Arby’s sauce and ketchup. The other customers food was just dumped into the bag and she accuse them of throwing their bag down out in the parking lot. We will no longer me too in business with this particular store. They will continue to lose business if corporate does not do something to step in. In the meantime go right down the road a couple of miles away to the Dunlawton location, They are much better with customer service and interaction with other humans
