You will ALWAYS end up driving back to get the au jus if you get the French Dip or Italian Beef. They will forget it. Every dang time.
We get take away from here at least once a week. They ALWAYS forget the au jus and are stingy with sauces.

Everytime I go here they forget something. Asked for cheese sauce for the fries then opened the bag and saw the sauce so I figured the fries were in there and they weren’t. Check your bags when you get food here!

They loaded up the classic roast beefs even though we got them 4 for $10, most locations will skimp on them when they are on special. Never had the buffalo chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Only 4 stars because none of their tables were clean and we had to wipe them down ourselves. Also none of their sauce pumps had anything in them. Not good or bad but the the urinal was in pretty rough shape for being a pretty new restaurant.

Like a fool I went through this Arby’s drive through again and requested a beef and cheddar sandwich. What I received in the foil wrapper was less of a sandwich and more of a beef and cheddar sandwich making kit, complete with warm cheddar (semi-liquid so extremely messy), thinly sliced beef, Arby’s sauce, and two pieces of bun. It was basically all thrown into the wrapper with no rhyme nor reason… or instructions.
11pm 8/15 ordered a cordon blue, a cookie, and an order of curly fries and was told coldly to “go around to the window.” When I went around to the window there was no line and sinceI waited 10-12 minutes for my food I assumed it would at least be hot. Nope. The chicken on the cordon blue was cold and shriveled and there was no ham on it. It was a cold, dank sandwich. I was asked and requested horseradish sauce which I didn’t receive. The fries were also cold. The cookie, according to the local 10-year old reviewer was quite acceptable, hence the two stars.

Why was my roast beef sandwich cold not even room temperature. And the steak bites don’t waste your money on them. I would never buy again. Just asking?????

I did a mobile order, and needed a special accommodation on my sandwich that the website wouldn’t allow, so I called in. The manager (Jared “captain of the ship ) on staff is amazing, very polite, friendly, and accommodating, personable and a joy to talk to. He took special notes to get my order correct and didn’t make me feel stupid. I haven’t had Arby’s in years, but being pregnant it’s like my first craving.

Arthur did an excellent job at the drive through and gave us immediate service with a friendliness I can only describe as “pre-covid customer service”. He was so nice and made sure we had everything in our order.
