I’ll rate it a 1 only because of Kristina shes very rude and got a staring problem that she needs to fix, She Couldn’t even focus on back line making food because shes staring at me and my mom ordering from the opened part on front counter not to mention she walked from behind shaking her head as if we were taking to long to order when she wasn’t even the person waiting on us,idk what her problem is nor was but she needs to fix her attitude and ways being a shift manger, not only to mention I asked for fresh fries and she went on to tell the girl everything fresh after the fries came up way before getting time my food out, so they were Lukewarm! if I request my fries I paid for fresh thats what should’ve been done not what Kristina wanna give me!!

To be honest haven’t had a chance to try the food was hoping to.went in the restaurant to first ask the manager a simple question about one of the app coupons.that was a huge mistake she about not my head off told me iam just going to have to wait that she was in the middle of something.i understanding people get busy rember not what you say but how you say it. Finally just gave up told her never mind said I was going to leave go next door and eat her response have a great meal. Also told her I was going to call corporate she made another comment under her breath o just left. Tried calling custome service guess rude people must be something you have to be to work at arbeys.didnt even care to finish my call hung up basically on me.called s third time they finished taking my problem said everything would be handled and going to mail me out a make it right card for a free meal.arbeys please don’t make promises your not going to keep they said card mailed out September 2 from Atlanta unless there walking it her guess that was misleading.if you go hopefully you have a better experience than I did I love arbey been eating there my whole life till now what happened to you no more customer service customer didn’t matter.not saying all just this one

Decided to splurge today and order my two favorite sandwiches.
I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ARBYS AGAIN.
Fire who worked today at noon. Even if manager. 1/3 pile o meat in middle. Disgusting everything else on bread. Do wanna do a job right quit.

Ordered delivery got everything I ordered 🙂 only thing is I honestly don’t like the turkey gobbler 🙁 they use like a cranberry jelly instead of canned cranberry. Also the turkey is like sandwhich meat it’s not carved turkey. And they don’t put much stuffing on it. But I know that’s not the stores fault so I give 5 stars cause they delivered 🙂

Got yelled at by 2 mad employees for taking 4 gift cards. They told me to give the gift cards back and they took the whole display in the back office so nobody can get gift cards. So stupid! Many people get gift cards now and put money on it later like when payday comes around, duh!

Smallest meat portion from any Arby’s that we’ve visited in Florida and we’ve been to more than a dozen already. Server was polite and friendly, made eye contact when he handed me my order (which a lot of people don’t do anymore). Otherwise good service and the order was 100% right.
The major negative factor that affected my rating of this Arby’s was while we were stopped by the drive thru window, the garbage area’s rotting food smell wafted over to our car windows and nearly made eating unpalatable. Their dumpster was located a few car lengths in front of us so we were downwind from that awful odor.
