I recently visited this establishment and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed during my experience. While placing my order, an employee named James was chewing food and appeared to have taken it directly from the fry station. Observing an employee eat from a food preparation area during active service raises concerns regarding sanitation and overall food safety practices.
Additionally, taking a customer’s order while chewing is unprofessional and gives the impression that customer service is not a priority. I believe proper hygiene and professionalism are fundamental in the food service industry, and I hope management addresses this matter to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I must say this Arby’s has had the best customer service I’ve gotten from any Arby’s. Ms. BRITTANY was exceptional! I had never tasted the New Steak nuggets before. Ms. BRITTANY allowed me to taste test before purchasing even offered a complimentary BBQ sauce. I LOVE THE STEAK NUGGETS I GOT THE STEAK SANDWICH COMBO!! YUM!!

WORST SERVICE EVER! We came to this location tonight and stood at the register while the cashier talked on her cell phone instead of addressing us, and the other male employee came from Loves with a drink and just sucked on his straw repeatedly behind the register and then proceeded to run around the store. When we said we were leaving since no one came to greet us the employee on the phone yelled “cancel those 2 guests”. Another customer in front of us walked off as well due to the lack of customer service provided.

Wow I am so tired of paying an outrageous amount of money for food and getting absolutely nothing for it. I got a chicken biscuit that was so small that a baby could eat it in one bite and the speckle of chicken that was on it didn’t even cover the middle of the biscuit bite. You should be ashamed to change almost $4 for this. The biscuit bite also tasted like it was microwaved. I will never step foot in Arby’s again. I do not support businesses the screw their customers.

I foolishly come back as if I haven’t learned my lesson, I had dinner here Friday night the 10th and Saturday night the 11th,
My order Friday was terrible with old cold fries. Saturday they have be a Buffalo chicken that was literally slopped together with equal amounts of sauce all over the wrapper. The worst part was the chicken had to have been sitting in the back for a couple hrs. Absolutely disgusting. The manager said she would drop me a fresh one, why wouldn’t you avoid all of this and make it fresh in the first place.
You can not continue serving food that isn’t acceptable. And the lady taking orders at the register has ZERO customer skills. Terrible attitude, not friendly at all. Sorry, I’M DONE WITH THIS LOCATION.
Can’t wait until others feel the same and your out of business.

I ORDERED CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES AND MY ONLY REQUEST WAS TO PLEASE DROP IT ALL FRESH… THIS MNGR HEARD THE GUY UP FRONT CALL IT OUT TO BE DROPPED AND SHE ABOUT TRIPS OVER HERSELF TRYING TO GET UP FRONT TO SEE WHO’S WANTING THEIR ORDER FRESH, ALL BECAUSE SHE CLAIMS WHAT WAS SITTING UNDER THE HEAT LAMP WAS FRESH. SHE ACTUALLY GRABS A PAIR OF TONGS AND GETS A PIECE OF CHICKEN AND BRINGS IT UP TO THE FRONT COUNTER HOLDING IT UP TO ME TELLING ME TO TRY IT, I POLITELY SAID NO THANK YOU, SHE CONTINUED TO INSIST I TRY IT, AGAIN I TOLD HER NO AND ASKED CAN I NOT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED?
