DO NOT!! get the burgers from Arby’s. So apparently they don’t use a stove for burgers but they instead a fryer , at least that’s what the manager on night shift told me. It came to me cold & RAW that’s crazy ♂️

I ordered the Arby’s double roast beef sandwich. Although this doesn’t show on the menu, I asked for the au jus with it. It tasted great, although the au jus was a tad salty. I could have ordered the classic French dip & Swiss sandwich which comes on a sub roll and adds Swiss Cheese. But my order had less calories, more beef and was less money. It was a delicious beefy choice and there was just enough au jus left after the sandwich to sip and enjoy! I’ll get this again, or maybe try the gyro with the tzaziki sauce! I’ll try to take a pic next time before I start eating… The cashier at the counter was totally new and couldn’t answer a couple of questions I had, but he quickly got another employee he thought would be able to answer (which he did) so kudos to him for taking initiative to find the information I requested! It was a little late and there wasn’t a crowd in the restaurant, so it was a nice peaceful dinner. Having said that, I forgot the Jamocha Shake and Cherry Turnover, two items I used to order all the time!

Last time I ever go to this place. Poor management. I asked to speak to one and she wouldn’t even come out to talk to me today January 30th 2026. That speaks volumes in itself. Then I couldn’t get her name so I could make a complaint for “security purposes”. What a joke. “Security purposes”, I never said anything that would scare anybody. Price was good, but the sandwiches lacked the usual Arby’s flavors. The curly fries were the best part of our lunch. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

Stopped in one evening for a sammich, was lucky enough to be helped by a young lady named Jada. This young lady came from making sandwiches, to take my order, then made my order then she served my order. All the time this pretty young lady washed her hands each move and wore gloves when making my food. The roast beef on my sandwich didn’t even have to be stacked and arranged appropriately. She made this sandwich perfectly and was quick with doing it all. Fresh food and curly fries topped it off.
She’s an amazing asset to the Arby’s team and every store needs at least one Jada, she’s a rockstar!! Thank you for a great meal and great experience!! Lake City Arby’s for the win!!

I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the manager. When I brought up that the app wasn’t working—something that directly affected my ability to use the service—I was met with little to no concern or effort to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem or offering any meaningful assistance, the manager seemed dismissive and uninterested.
As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of support and accountability, especially when a technical issue is preventing service use. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages better training or a change in attitude toward customer concerns in the future.

I often stop at this Arbys location as it is conveniently located with easy access on and off of I75. Two classic sandwiches for 6 dollars brought me in today. This particular store is always fast even when the drive thru is full. After several years stopping in I have never gotten an incorrect order and always receive prompt service and hot food. I don’t often eat in but when I have the store has been very clean, restrooms well maintained and staff friendly! Highly recommended for a quick on the go meal
