Immediately when entering we were greeted by 3 ladies behind the counter saying “Welcome to Arby’s” from that moment on the customer service was phenomenal which is something I’m not used to at fast food places. I ordered the burger since I had never had it and I must say for a fast food joint it was pretty darn good! I would recommend this location out of any of the others in Columbus! Well done to staff and management!

Oh where do I start; cashier was rude and difficult to understand. Fountain drink kiosk was out of order. Sauce station was disgusting, Ketchup was completely out, no horsy sauce. One of the women’s bathroom stalls was out of order. Mens bathroom was also dirty and disgusting. All while the staff is standing round on their phones. Unbelievable.they deserve a health grade of F.

Food was mediocre. Was expecting a better bacon beef and cheddar sandwich. Quite a few tables dirty when trying to find a place to sit. Someone spilled a drink and they just placed a wet floor sign on it and didn’t clean it up.

They were training new guy at cashier we were patient but I watch 6 other groups come after me and thy got there food before us wife had to leave 30 minutes in and had to take her food to them then it was poorly prepared and over cooked the potatoes

My review is not about me. My review is as a customer looking at staff. I am sitting here eating my food and a customer comes in wanting to order food. He waits patiently while waiting not one employee asked him does he need help. The manager on duty is standing. there laughing at what ever is funny. The meat cutter just ignores him and he still waiting while the who is running the counter is the restroom. Well the counter/ maintaince/food guy comes out the bathroom looks at the guy in the eyes walks away and doesn’t come back until the guy leaves. Now my complaint is why couldn’t anyone else in this store help that guy do they think there to good to help the counter. End of story is arby’s lost a sale and most likely a customer. These associates where on there cell phones or just standing around the entire time we where there.

Arby’s has really stepped up their game when it comes to having THE MEATS. Most of their sandwiches got some weight to them and most of their food is delicious. I will keep coming back.

I have been here twice in the last two weeks. It has been the same gentleman in the window both times. Both of those times the service has been phenomenal. Kind, slow and steady, and polite with good manners. I typically don’t leave reviews but figuring the decline in service these days, this service deserved the praise.

This is the worst I’ve received from Arby’s on Whittlesley in Columbus , Ga. Asked for extra onion. Hardly no meat on the Gyro. Who gives a side like mac n cheese…no utensils or napkins. Sat in drive-thru with car off waiting on order.

Food was incredible and everything was done so much sooner than I expected! This is only my second time here, and I can already feel that this will become a regular spot for me when it comes to a quick fix meal! The employees were great, too, and I couldn’t ask for a better fast food experience!
