Beware of this location on Manchester Expressway. I picked up my drive through order 10/8/25 9:10 PM. I got home and there is a BITE out of my sandwich. The food was hot and fresh. I had the loaded Italian sanwitch. I also had my Sweet Tea avery one that truly knows me no I Love Sweet Tea. Its Arby’s on manchestes express way in Columbus. Go and get your Arby’s for lunch or dinner to day. Arby’s also have new cuponds of for some good meal fills. Good price for money $$.

Worst food ever tasted since the last I been here. I tried the boneless wings combo and it was so disgusting. The wings so not fresh at all and the curly fries were old and cold. Normally when I go I get a sandwich but these time I wanted to try something different. I never again try it something different and stick to my sandwich w/ curly fries. If I had enough time to go back I would of but Iwas on break and the line was long. It will be a while before I go back.

Not only were they 15 minutes late getting it to me inside, the middle of each burger was RAW ! Fries cold…didn’t mind that as much as RAW burgers. Only got to eat outside edges of burger…ugh !

I wish I could give this 0!!!!!! Just went through the line and I sat their maybe a few seconds trying to figure out what i wanted. Then said I was ready then the lady told me to wait. 10 MINUTES later I asked if they were ready and she said ILL TELL YOU WHEN WE ARE READY! Customer service is NOT what it use to be! YALL SUCK and will NEVER put my two feet back in your sorry restaurant!!!!!!!! Very PISSED! Also posting it on Facebook! Get better workers!

I ordered online last month. When I get there I was informed that the food I ordered (turkey sandwiches) they do not carry at this store. Yet it was on the menu online and at the store. The manager on duty was nice. She informed me about how to start a refund. I called the 1 800 number in the store. I was told my refund would take 10 business days. I never received the refund. Now every time I call the number. I am told that they apologize and they will flag it so it can be seen sooner. How hard is it to refund my money back to my card?

I went and ordered a half pounder R/B and chadder made it back to my job and there was no chadder and not enough red ranch
My curly fries were just the C and half of them were just end pieces like potato sticks crunchy I’ve been calling daily getting no answer I just gave service 4 stars because the lady at the drive thru was very nice and gave me service with a smile

waited 10 mins in the drive thru just to place the order (i was the only one in line). they never took it so we went inside and they were playing around and joking about how they wasn’t going to take any more order for the night. it was literally 7:30. the lady had a attitude the whole time inside. and it took 20 minutes for my 1 sandwich to be made.
