The only reason for the 2 star rating was for the employee (good service). Roast beef was blah, no ice for drinks, coke was flat and warm. This location is at a TA truck stop. It could really use a remodeling. The roast beef meal was $12.

This place is so very horrible the cashier name was Eva she has a horrible way of handling customers. She really needs a new job or some serious training. She makes this place look bad and her attitude has to go. The food is slapped together and a bit disgusting. I really hope management steps in and speaks to there employees. We are paying for a service and goods not for rudeness and poor food performance.

I wish I could’ve actually got some food so I can give a review of the food so I’m gonna give it three stars. Set in the drive-through For at least five minutes with not even the first person coming over the microphone to tell me to hold on or I’ll be with you. Instead, I ask is the drive-through open and she says in the rudest voice “hold on”. So I’ll wait another five minutes and she never returned so I just drove off. Love Arby’s, but will never come back to this location. Hope this review helps other people from wasting their time as well!!

Waited in Drive in line for 15 minutes. Then told we are out of roast beef. What???? Close the place. The bathrooms are also filthy. Arby’s do better. Get some management. Lesson learned – never go to a gas station restaurant combo. So disappointed.

This is the second time I’ve been in as many months and there was no one to wait on me. I went thru the drive thru and gave them ample time to wait on me – I even blew my horn to catch their attention. It did not work. I pulled up to the window and no one was in sight. I waited and waited and again tapped my horn. No one showed up to assist me. I called TA’s number and left a message with my name stating my problem and although I thought Arby’s was a fine restaurant they are currently on my do not stop to eat here list!! I was very disappointed and I really wanted a half pound of beef sandwich. Their lost!

3/22/25 7:15 pm. Ordered a smokehouse brisket and the girls said they didn’t have any of the onions that go on it. I said that’s fine can you put regular onion and she said yes. Looking at my receipt there was nothing about onions so I asked her if they could put onion on it she said she did but she never even walked back there. Then she walked back there and stood. Of course I got it with no onion and entirely too much barbecue sauce. No napkins out front either. She just doesn’t care. This Arby’s is bad
