The girl at the register was very nice. The property was clean, including the men’s bathroom. Everything else was disappointing.

There are no sauces in the dining area: no packets, no pumps. They tried to send me on my way without sauce. I recall this being very common At Arby’s drive-throughs in the 90’s. Is it really worth the 38¢ that you save to frustrate and annoy customers?

I ordered two “double” roast beef sandwiches. The meat was a dense pile of unusually small, thick, tough slices–sort of like discs of meat that were all smaller than the bun. I always rebuild my sandwiches slice by slice and put Arby’s and Horsey sauce between the layers. As I do this, I’m able to “ruffle” the slices like you would expect from a deli. This makes the sandwich lighter. These slices wouldn’t fold over onto themselves, though.

This first sandwich didn’t taste right, ccompared to the standard “Arby’s Roast Beef” flavor.

The meat on the second sandwich was sliced thin as it should have been. The meat had a lot of small “chips” though, The restaurant should use these up, of course, but sprinkle them across several sandwiches instead of plopping a blob of these small chips onto a single sandwich.

You know that bell that every Arby’s has, the one you ring at the end of your stay for good service and good food? I have never in my 30 years of life heard an Arby’s Bell rung so much in such a short period of time.

Despite being short staffed due to a call out, this Arby’s operated like a well oiled machine. If only the federal government could run so smoothly, this country would be in phenomenal shape! I suppose that’s just the difference in leadership, whoever manages this Arby’s puts whoever leads this country to shame.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and did not crack under pressure. He even double checked with a coworker to ensure my order, a delectable turkey reuben, was rang up correctly. Most customer facing employees would have fizzled out and rang in a regular reuben when uncertain, but not this man! He ensured that we got the correct food while exhibiting empathy and teamwork of the highest level.

Give them all raises, as I have given them 5 stars today. Thank you, Arby’s of Valdosta.

Arby’s crushed it. Sandwich stacked like it had something to prove, curly fries on point, Jamocha shake straight up life-changing. Fast service, zero drama. Five stars, no hesitation.

Arby’s ie: pretty much all fast food outlets, for me there is no distinction. There is nothing satisfying or fulling. The food is just a place holder until you can fet proper nutrition. With that being this Arby’s was okay.

This Arby’s is a hot mess. I ordered the “loaded Italian” and it looked like it was about 1/4 the size of the one in the photo. NOTHInG was available with regard to condiments. It all had to be requested from behind the counter. Apparently Salt over use is a thing here 🙂

Talk about blase service. No smile, minimal speaking, no “thank you”. No Arby’s in my hometown. Wanted a roast beef sandwich. Food great! Service could have been Much better.

Absolutely the worse steak nuggets. They were burnt so bad I couldn’t even eat them. I will never order them again.
