Very good customer service, the woman taking our order was very nice. I got the brisket sandwich and it was good, but it was cold, so that was a bummer. It tasted really good though. The curly fries were also good, but again, they were cold. The strawberry lemonade was very nice! Super nice and sweet and also a bit sour, I liked it a lot. It was also pretty clean inside.

I ordered a beef and cheddar and this is what I got really… I live on the south side and didn’t open my food till I got home. And got charged for a Beef N Cheddar. Not a regular sandwich. Don’t think I will go back to this location

Have always been an Arby’s fan, but not today. Food wasn’t up to par, dining room was dirty, tables needed to be wiped down, floors were sticky, and staff was rude.

5/18/2024 – The receipt says Rebecca waited on us. When you ask a question, it helps to get a spoken answer instead of ummhmm. Nothing else was said from the girl at the window but pull-up. She didn’t even state why. If you want a personable service, this is NOT the restaurant you want with others to chose from very close by. Person brought food to my car acted like she hated life and that she was doing you a favor. She handed us the food and never said a word. Just lost our business from now on.
